Marinating the fish with the seasoning (mixed green onions and leeks omg) and enough oil and in the oven is quite healthier and just as delicious! Nonetheless great video as usual!

Great job, looks yummy! Why don't you invest in a deep fat fryer? It's so convenient and will save you money and energy in the long run instead of having to fill up a frying pan each and every time you want to fry something. Plus it's less messy as oil don't splatter everywhere thus minimising your workload also. 👍🏾😊
