  • Ingredients:
    Thompson fish.
    Garlic powder.
    Ginger powder.
    Jumbo seasoning.
    Oil.
    Preparation Steps:
    1. Clean the fish nicely and massage it with garlic, ginger and jumbo powder then leave aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Pour the oil into a pan and wait for the oil cook.
    3. Start frying the fish.
    Be aware of the oil popping up from the pan.
