Fellow Type 1/4 beauty badass, here, Kelly!I LOVE the colors they chose, and the layering is fun but I think what happens with a lot of DYT's transformations is that the clothes (being fresh from the store) aren't really fitted. I also notice in general the DYT choices tend to be a bit too modest. You are 1)very petite and 2)extremely youthful looking and 3)have a killer figure, so seeing you sort of drown in the outfit's fit gets a bit matronly. I guess I always dread a frumpy fit. I follow your stitch fix reviews, and I usually love the items you keep. I thinks the sleeveless, fresh and airy style is much more you. In any case, it's great to hear the tips they gave you are shaping your ever evolving type 1 style. Ypu always look so gorgeous and I do love the hair! :D

I’m getting better at this because when they said she was a type 1 and was already living her truth I thought, “But that’s a type 3 color???”
I'm reading the dress your truth book right now, and I'm pretty sure I'm a type 1 (though haven't finished reading the 4 descriptions, yet)
I love these colours, but the outfit looks frumpy! I much preferred what she was wearing originally

i LIKE the bright yet dark purple color she wore originally; why is the color chart so strict if none of us are all "one" type? i would not be able to stand being constricted to certain colors because they are not true to my "type"(s) - and those stick-out cuffs would make me crazy. But i have to admit that when she came out, she looked FANTASTIC. i the new colors are pretty on her and do bring her out more.
I’m guessing you are not the same type as her 😊. Once you figure out your type and feel how amazing it is to wear your colours, it won’t fee so constrictive.
I liked the purple color she wore originally, too…. and I noticed it WAS on the color chart. 😲🤔👍🏻

Thank you, Cheryl! It was such fun day! I've been working on a fun new (big!!!) project, but itching to make some new videos. I have a bunch of ideas (image that haha!) - just need to make the time for them :)
The shirt Kelly has on seems heavy in color. Slower, older and heavier. I've had that problem too. Dressing in fashion colors that don't match my personality. It's DRAINING! I LOVE THE BRIGHT HAPPY COLORS SHE HAS NOW 🌷
She looks much brighter and more stylish, but IMO the pearls makes her look matronly. A more fun choker with natural crystals would have been more youthful. I love her hair, but I’d have given her a thicker hoop earring. Overall, a great improvement to a much more polished look.

i would think she was a 3 by her outfit but you said she is ready doing it? but I love the new look you gave her and its totally doable. so cute. i don't know how you can look and see what people are. with color code and the are you a winter, spring or fall colors all these different aids. she would be a spring and you call it a one and yours incorporate body language and hair sty;e really amazing. Nice job
who would think put a pink sweater on that blue shirt? I have totally given up on what I might be lo, but these are fun to watch.
Type 1 seems so confusing. After going through all the types I keep swinging back and forth between type 1 and type 2. I feel that I am a Type 1. But all the Type 1's seem to be bright blondes with blue eyes and warm skin that I would consider to be a Spring. I am a Spring with light brown hair and green eyes. Some of my personality traits and behaviors are Type 2. My features are a confused mix between type 1 and 3. I have type 3 hands. Are there type 1's with green eyes and not blondes?
