@peanutx64 yes, they do, but they're very far and few in between. I know of Anthony Hamilton, Babyface, Boyz II Men, and Raheem DeVaughn. With the exception of Raheem DeVaughn, love music now just doesn't hold a candle to those of the 60s/70s and maybe a lil 80s. But, I will check out those you've suggested.

@@Romaine626 I used to listen to the Intruders when I was in High School with my best friend while we were doing are homework. He was close to my family. He is now locked up for life. Later on in life he was hanging out with certain gang and did a drive by and killed someone. My father even wrote a letter to the judge saying that he was a great kid and great athlete in school before his sentencing. I miss him, it just shows how life can throw a curve ball.

I went to a festival to meet a young lady I was probably 17 years old. And she introduced me to her mother who was beautiful with the prettiest smile. She said the next group up would be the Philadelphia Intruders and that I should stay and watch the show with her. I did and it was truly an honor to see these brothers perform live in person. The STONE SOUL FESTIVAL IN SPRINGFIELD MASS. That was a great show that girls mom was so cool it was a completely different experience than hanging with women my own age. I’m very grateful Mrs HENRY asked me to stay and listen to the music because I’ve been listening to it ever since.

I loved this song then and love it even more now. The instrumentals truly make it unique. This was when there were no music machines, just pure instruments..you know, when we played instruments. The Intruders were a fantastic group. Back then, everyone could sing..all of the groups were extremely talented and love was in the air. It was all about love and slow drag with blue lights in the basement.
