In beginning I could not understand him fully. After time I have found your channel. You are not lazy to write explanation texts on your white class board. This way, your way, of English teaching is very comfortable and suitable for students and other people who study English. Thank you, Emma. You are being understood.

+andreasegde As far as I know, the present continuous means future: I am going out tonight. On the other hand 'I will be hanging...' sounds forced. And this has noting to do with BE/AmE.
I searched in the Google the phrase "I am hanging out with my friends tonight" and it found lots of this phrase and all of them were refering to future tense. Maybe in England this might be diferent, doesn't it? Like somethings here in Brazil are different from Portugal! Or a lot of people write and talk wrong this phrase like here again! There are some mistakes that so much people commit, that them become acceptable !! What do you think about that? p.s. sorry my terrible English! I hope you could understand what I said!

In Turkish, it's very natural to use the present continuous tense to talk about the future. We do that all the time, but there's one difference in Turkish. We can use the present continuous tense to talk about the distance future, too. For example, "Gelecek yıl üniversiteye gidiyorum". The literal translation is "I'm going to university next year". It's very natural, it's not a mistake. That's why I love languages, they're so fun!
