You could call otherworld outer because it has no concept of time. And since space can't exist without time that also means to have no concept of space. And we know it can't be 0d because it has at least three dimensional beings in it. And a three-dimensional planet ( King Kai's ) in it. So it has to be unbounded by space and time. And that would make it outer. You can also mention the fact that it works on the metaphysical level.
Other world is 5d because it's non temporal meaning its a dimension without time (goku proves this when he says ssj3 is a form that should only be used in the other world) not outer

Amazing and very well researched. I personally have 12D Goku as a lowball and midball around 15-16D in base with transformations possibly making him nearing 20D. I'll try to explain so you can make you own assessment. Living World=6-7 (This is including 2-3 Super Dimensions from the Broly movie on top of the 4D realm and the other dimensions parallel to it. I'll just go with 7D to simplify the rest) Afterlife=9D (Based on the higher dimension Goku raced Bulma in and might be the same dimension as the Macrocosm bubble that holds the more visible afterlife) Kaioshin Realm=10D (Based on it circling beyond the main Macrocosm and also based on Koyama's statements which I know you mentioned to leave out just to stay simple for the video) The larger universe that we see in the bubbles=11D (Since in some shots we see not only the Kaioshin Realm seemingly being connected to a larger universe, but also transended by it more than likely as it goes way further beyond to where this Realm and the Macrocosm become invisible in comparison. Ok ive been looking for this for a while as people always talk about quantum mechanics. This doesn’t work though because the dimensions of a hilbert space are not temporal or spatial, they are measurable outcomes. By this definition three electrons in a trench coat are 8D. But we can quantify a maximum energy in them comparable to a 2D system of a single electron. It just doesn’t make sense with the dimensionality we use for scaling. I don’t know if you agree with the qmec stuff and i know it had been 8months but I’ve been seeing this and had to talk about it.

They construct a vectorspace called a hilbert space where each outcome has its own “dimention” within that space. However the orthogonal vectors constructing it dont represent the ideas of spacial or temporal dimensions you think of, they correspond to the possible states we can find our system in. For example the particle in an infinite 1D well has infinite measurable outcomes, and this an infinite-D hilbert space. However, the dimensions of this space correspond not so much as to degrees of freedom, but the probability that we find the trapped particle at some energy level. A system that has only 2 states may have higher energy than a system with 10 states depending on the gap between the energy levels. Under this context that would correspond to 2D>10D Overall this is just a misinterpretation of what dimensions mean to mathematicians and physicists vs what they mean to most others

You missed one realm/extra dimensional space which is the white page in Dr. Slump. It arguably transcends every dimension in the main canon, but I'm kind of neutral on that, and Dr. Slumps penguin island exists on the dragon ball map and they both mention each other in each others main canon material narratively multiple times.

You could call otherworld outer because it has no concept of time. And since space can't exist without time that also means to have no concept of space. And we know it can't be 0d because it has at least three dimensional beings in it. And a three-dimensional planet ( King Kai's ) in it. So it has to be unbounded by space and time. Amazing and very well researched. I personally have 12D Goku as a lowball and midball around 15-16D in base with transformations possibly making him nearing 20D. I'll try to explain so you can make you own assessment.
Living World=6-7 (This is including 2-3 Super Dimensions from the Broly movie on top of the 4D realm and the other dimensions parallel to it. I'll just go with 7D to simplify the rest)
Afterlife=9D (Based on the higher dimension Goku raced Bulma in and might be the same dimension as the Macrocosm bubble that holds the more visible afterlife)
Kaioshin Realm=10D (Based on it circling beyond the main Macrocosm and also based on Koyama's statements which I know you mentioned to leave out just to stay simple for the video)
The larger universe that we see in the bubbles=11D (Since in some shots we see not only the Kaioshin Realm seemingly being connected to a larger universe, but also transended by it more than likely as it goes way further beyond to where this Realm and the Macrocosm become invisible in comparison. I also believe the larger universe to be where Beerus's home resides. Unless this was disproven and he's just in the living realm. Idk lol)

I just assume it transends everything else we've seen in Super as narratively it's treated like some higher spaceless, timeless space that they could fight in and the Grand Priest could manipulate without harming the lesser realms. So narratively it would make sense at least to me.
Yeah I can understand that, though I have a few reasons as to why the Super Dimensions more than likely are transcendent.
1. The definition of Super Dimensions is pretty much exclusively used for describing transcendental/higher dimensions.
2. They were breaking dimensional walls and weren't just simply appearing in the Demon Realm, Room of Spirit and Time, etc, but were instead breaking into higher indescribable dimensions that the writets described as mathematical dimensions made to look 3D which would imply they were beyond that and likely the 4D time space as well since they they broke seversal dimensional barriers.
3. Narratively I think it just makes more sense that their power was spiking so high that they were casually breaking limits into said dimensions as growth in strength is well, Dragon Ball itself basically lol. I don't think they'd throw something like that in unless it were meant to mean something huge like transcending to new heights in power and causing something like that even while having essentially mastered Ki control.
I might have other reasons as well but this was all that came to mind at the moment. May have just forgotten the others.

Ok ive been looking for this for a while as people always talk about quantum mechanics. This doesn’t work though because the dimensions of a hilbert space are not temporal or spatial, they are measurable outcomes. By this definition three electrons in a trench coat are 8D. But we can quantify a maximum energy in them comparable to a 2D system of a single electron. It just doesn’t make sense with the dimensionality we use for scaling.

For example the particle in an infinite 1D well has infinite measurable outcomes, and this an infinite-D hilbert space. However, the dimensions of this space correspond not so much as to degrees of freedom, but the probability that we find the trapped particle at some energy level. A system that has only 2 states may have higher energy than a system with 10 states depending on the gap between the energy levels. Under this context that would correspond to 2D>10D
Overall this is just a misinterpretation of what dimensions mean to mathematicians and physicists vs what they mean to most others

In the Dragon World there's a chain of 12 Universes that exist within a Neutral Space.
All 12 Universes possess their own Macrocosm and Kaiōshin Realm like Universe 7 or 10.
It has been explained by Whis that these Universes form a pair (front & back) and reflect each other respectively:
Universe 1 with 12
Universe 2 with 11

Inside a Universe exist a Macrocosm and Kaiōshin Realm.

The Universe is divided into 4 areas/quadrants (North, South, East & West) that are overseen by the Kaios and formerly 4 Kaiōshins (3 of which got killed by Majin Buu, only the East supreme Kai survived)
The Four Galaxies are just denominations used by the Gods for their duty, it has been confirmed throughout the franchise that there are Infinite/countless amout of galaxies that exist in each areas that are contained within the Universe.
And these Galaxies are composed of innumerable amount of nebulae, and these nebulae are made of innumerable Planets and stars.
But let's set things right with the feats that have been misunderstood by a lot of people:
Majin Buu destroyed was
a galaxy made of countless nebulae.
What Broly destroyed while restrained was the Southern area made of Infinite/countless amount of galaxies.
What Cell was about to destroy with the Kamehameha that he was launching at Gohan was "the Solar System" a Galactic Nebula made of countless planets and stars and nebulae are galactic size. And just that was the AP/DC of his Kamehameha not his actual full capacity.
So just to make it easier to remember here's Dragon Ball Universe (Living World)

The Dead Zone is a Hyperspace/Superspace void created by Garlic Jr.
It's an infinite void of Darkness used to seal an individual into a personal hell for the rest of their existence.
The Dead Zone exist in the Living World due to the fact that in age 763 Garlic Jr managed to escape the Dead Zone after being powered by the Makyo Star when it was near Earth.The Dead Zone scales from 5D to Infinite dimensional (High-Hyperversal).
Next are the subspaces
The Subspaces are areas that exist located inbetween dimensions outside of the World (Macrocosm), the concept of Time and Space doesn't exist there and both the Suguroku Space and Hyperbolic Time Chamber have confirmed to be subspaces.
The Sugoroku Space is an area between dimensions, Space and Time which no one from the outside world can influence even the Kais despite having authority over the entire macrocosm.
In the anime during the Baby Saga Goku fell into the Suguroku Space when he saved by Kibitoshin but Baby's revenge death Ball managed to reach the space by which they were teleportating
This Realm is inhabited and overseen by the Caretakers, a group of incredibly powerful beings who control the games that go on in Sugoroku Space.
The caretakers had full dominion over this realm unlike the kais, they were able to completely negate/remove the powers of all who enter the realm even the likes of goku via activating their game
they could also influence the environment, even creating multiple mouths in the sky to talk through, and could destroy entire parts of Sugoroku Space merely by wishing it to be so.
Also the Suguroku Space is implied to be infinite in size due to the caretakers's statements about the punishment for cheaters being eternal wandering between dimensions since it means that the victim will have to aimlessly wander around while encountering an endless amount of alternate dimensions forever without any hope of ever .
