You can use the permeate very quickly to phase through a wall and turn it off so it recharges fast. Also if you jump before you beta on a building or roof it sends you all the way to the ground or the next place u cant go through

Major tip aim down a teammate while u having special action and u can fly straight to them it has a lot of range surprisingly
And if u hold alpha and aim at a building u can phase through it
