We touched 1,00,000 km., recently. It has never troubled us in the past. We spent no extra money for its maintenance; our expense was only for its periodic servicing. The mileage is more than 25 km/litre of diesel. I wish Chevrolet applies its mind to re-enter Indian market again. Dr. Leslie Suresh.
The reason Chevy failed in the country was because India is a tricky Market. We need fuel efficiency and premiumness in a balance. Except for cars like beat, all other Chevy cars were Chinese market spec vehicles sold in India as the management thought both are Asian markets. In India, if someone wanted to move out of the Maruti Suzuki brand circle, they will definitely look for premiumness. That is how Hyundai was able to take over the market.
