    Do you always have to change the gray part when you change the brush?

    Hi, does the side brush motor component move clock-wise (or anti-clockwise) along with the screw that binds the side brush to the motor? I'm having this problem. Please advise what should I do. Thanks

    The authentic brushes are very expensive. Why? Should be a reasonable service. It's terrible the service for maintenance.

      @@irobot okay. I hope you can help my with the roomba. Yesterday I bought the original brushes in Lowe's. It's not working good. I feel frustrated because I paid almost $50 and it's not working good. What can I do?
