On 12, 13 and 14 May 2017 the Flaminia Register organized an international meeting to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Lancia Flaminia in all its versions, Pininfarina, Touring and Zagato. The participants took the Via Consolare Flaminia from the center of Fano, passing through Spoleto, arriving in Rome at Piazza del Quirinale and ending the tour through Tuscany.
I'm very pleased and proud to have documented the entire tour and for this I want to thanks the Flaminia Register (www.registroflaminia.com) for giving me the opportunity. Enjoy! ;-)
Il Registro Flaminia ha organizzato il 12, 13 e 14 maggio 2017 un Raduno per celebrare i 60 anni dall'inizio della commercializzazione della Lancia Flaminia al quale hanno preso parte anche le Flaminia nelle versioni carrozzate da Touring e Zagato. I partecipanti hanno ripercorso la via Consolare Flaminia partendo dal centro di Fano, passando per Spoleto, giungendo a Roma in Piazza del Quirinale e terminando il tour attraversando la Toscana, prima Radicofani ed ultima tappa Bonconvento (Siena).
Sono molto contento ed orgoglioso di aver documentato l'intero viaggio e per questo ringrazio il Registro Flaminia (www.registroflaminia.com) per avermene dato l'opportunità. Buona visione.

La ringrazio per questo piacevole commento, mi fa molto piacere. Devo confessarle, ogni tanto anch'io lo riguardo, è stata una bella avventura. Fa piacere notare come nel tempo, in tanti, anche stranieri, abbiano fatto apprezzamenti sulle bellissime Flaminia. Non c'è niente da dire, erano gli anni in cui Lancia costruiva auto solide, raffinate e di classe.

Zagato then Touring followed by Pininfarina are my preference for Flaminia bodies cars. The Aurelia was a tough act to follow and think the Touring Barchetta did a fine job. Does anyone know how many of those drop tops were produced? Flaminia drive trains ensure each is awesome. The Flaminia was Batista Farina’s personal favorite car as he likened it to a God like chariot. I can imagine the feeling while driving one is divine. The package as a whole was and still is world class and a dream car for me.
I don't understand your question well, if you are referring to the Touring Barchetta built for Ferrari, less than 50 have been made. As for the Flaminia, they are extraordinary and comfortable cars also referred to nowadays. In my opinion, in those years, the Lancia was many years ahead of the competitors. They were the reference for the category.
Italiansupercarvideo I was asking if someone knew how many Touring bodied Flamina Barchetta cars were produced. The convertible coupe that to my knowledge wAs the only open top Flaminia. Lancia was on another planet in quality and technology. Their cars were built to last so a new replacement down the road was not necessary. Very old world thinking and end product. I have 3-4 Lancia cars on my dream car garage list!
@@alexmartinez280 In total, from 1960 to 1964, 805 Flaminia GT Convertible Touring were built. I don't know what you mean by the name Barchetta because, as far as I know, the spyder version was called the Convertible.
Italiansupercarvideo thank you for the info. Barchetta is just a name, “little boat”, given to many true Spyder cars. Intended to always have the roof off. Your correct this car would be a convertible. I was thinking like 1955 Aurelia Spyder

La Lancia sarebbe la Mercedes Italiana.
Romano difatti lo è stata per decenni. vedere queste Flaminia che hanno percorso più di 1.000 km in 3 giorni, senza un problema ed in assoluta comodità da l'idea, come 60 anni addietro, le Lancia fossero incredibilmente ben costruite oltre che molto belle 👍
la Lancia non sarebbe la Mercedes italiana, E', anzi ERA superiore anche alla Rolls. Il top del top. Il marchio che marchionne ha praticamente eliminato perchè "...non ha storia".
BMW is the German Alfa Romeo while Lancia is closer to Bentley than Mercedes unless talking of the very early hand built Benz cars that were also over engineered and hand assembled. The return to low volume coach building is on its way back!
