I have a scoop and I love it too. If you don’t have it, you need a little plastic water bottle with a curved tiny spout. It is great for watering violets and plants that hate to have their leaves get wet. I got a whole kit on Amazon. It had my scoop, water bottle, small tools and a little canvas bag.The potting tarp is another great item. Dusting gloves are great for cleaning plants. It goes so quick because you clean the top and bottom at the same time.
Great info Erika, thx! My fav part is potting and repotting too. I just changed all my plants from terra cotta to pretty ceramic or plastic and it was so much fun 😅
Loved the re pot the raph cutting you have are looking great, I was wondering how the Orchid in the smiley pot was going? Also how the pot is going for the orchid?😁. Loving the content your doing and keep up the great work.
Great video I love potting as well moving them around from pot to pot I should stop doing that but they don't seem 2 mind 😄😄, the scooper is also great thanks 4 advice see u in nxt video 🙂
@@ErikaLodes thank you for the advice! I’m a good hour+ south of Hollywood but I’ll definitely call of I ever make it up there! I love your channel and your videos, thank you so much for taking the time to respond!!
My tetrasperma has 3 stalks and one has outgrown the steak by 2 feet. This video has me wanting to chop the long one, but i’ll put it in leca. I prefer propagating in water. I never remember to keep the soil wet.
How often did you change the water within that 1 month while it was water propagating? Or if you don’t remember; how often do you normally change the water?
Hi hope you're well. Its been 3 days, no upload ? Anyways, my uncle orders seeds from a site called 'rarepalm', but out of the +20,000 over the years the total average success rate is like -20 %, so do you think we should change something? And do you recommend another site?
@@ErikaLodes I ordered him from planterina, he was so pretty tons of new growth.. then it all turned brown, then shortly after the leaves were turning yellow & brown. I didn’t see any root rot & I cut the plant down from 30 leaves to maybe 10... & have some propogating as back ups incase I lose the mother plant :( hes doing much better with the new soil but I think he is still struggling a bit, any advice?
LOVE THIS VIDEO! It taught me a lot about rhaphidophora tetraserma! You have so many interesting and fun plants in your collection! What is that new one on the shelf with the big new green leaf?? I haven't seen that one before? Its the one in the little lime green pot! So cute!

Aww I was hoping you’d unpot and wash the roots of the potted one. My theory is water prop is detrimental 95% of the time,

Your Raphidophora tetrasperma needs some fertilizer with micronutrients.
I gave him some fish fertilizer 🐟
