- My first video of one of these body style expeditions. It's been through kind of a rough time as you will see in the video. This is the same one with the dead battery in my series of nighttime start ups. I also jump it off before touring the whole thing. These are pretty nice suvs, I'm still partial to the previous body style though :) Please do not ask me to drive this expedition, this is a consignment vehicle.

my 2003 5.4 EB Exp fires right up still kicks butt, 140,000 miles. I do not drive it much but I love it.

agree we have an 05 expedition XLT I would highly recommend. Runs Great with 144k miles.
No problem bud...one of my GF's moms had one, it was gray, an XLT model. Really a nice truck.

lastley does it come standard with the buttons for foullding the seat in the back and the middle?

I saw a previous generation Expedition Eddie Bauer today, parked next to a yellow Hummer H2 SUT. In Sweden those things are pretty rare.

mine dosnt have the dual folding the seats buttons, only in the back. but then again mine dosnt have a sun roof, 5.4l engine, 4wd, diff colored gauges, diff radio contorl buttons, heated/cooled seats, or the little pop out thing in the consol in front of the cup holders. hmm is mine wayyyy stock?????
I've also seen a dead battery on a 2004 Lincoln Navigator.

If you want a giant Lincoln, go for Eddie Bauer. However if you want more utilitarian, go for the XLT.

How can you say that the 2003 did not have it or that its an aftermarket add on. when Ford debuted this new body style the commercials advertised the power seats. plus iv had a 2003 eddie bauer with the power fold seats. it was an option on the eddie bauer models. so your wrong

Same year and model. Just got 200k. Still running strong. Just keep up with the service and you will be happy
Ive got 2 both over 200k and running strong. When you buy one tho be sure to replace the spark plugs and give it a tune up. Even if its not needed it'll ensure that it lasts a long time. I also have an excursion (this things big bro) with 225,000. Runs great, just have to replace the exhause manifold (a known issue with those as once they get old the exhaust manifold needs to be replaced)

my aunt has an expedition, and when her battery was getting to the point where it needed to be replaced, her gauges did that too.. i guess it's just a ford thing

Actually the new ones are heavier, they jumped from about 5,600lbs to about 5,800lbs

I like your car videos and you do a great job. But if I were you. I would tell these car dealers that I will only film clean and running vehicles. But that is up to you.
i like the older models better also there hevier too and bulit with les plastic too .
@chrisson123 yeah same here. umm to be honest gas sucks. putting 20 in will get you like a quarter of a tank.. maybe? gas economy is really bad
I'll admit, the seats don't exactly tear up but they do crack in the leather as you have seen here. Although I can proudly say as a 16 year old owner the seats are the most comfortable things i have ever sat it. whenever i am passenger i always, always, always fall asleep!
um yeh. it gets like 18ish mpg to the gallon

I owned a 2000 expedition for 10 years almost 200,000 miles. Few months ago i bought a 2007 expedition and relized that expeditions are just noisy trucks. 😂
