Seer F tier is nuts. His passive heartbeat scan goes out exactly to the 50m mark where you get the warning of nearby enemies. So if you camp with him in Solos, you’ll always know exactly where the enemy is coming from.
The ash snare buff absolutely puts her higher on the list. She’s so good at 1v1s and especially if you combo the snare with a grenade it’s an instant win if you catch someone off guard

i agree with this, i play wattson and do well but that is because i play wattson a lot and and know how to use my fences aggressively and use them to slow down a push to get a battery or cell off

I agree to an extent, but I think the reason he falls short in solos vs Mirage is because Mirage has methods of dealing with multiple enemies at once, and having ways to escape when things get too hectic at the same time. His ultimate is great at 1v1, the short cooldown is nuts! Mirage can isolate enemies for a 1v1, or trigger two others to fight only for you to cleanup. It’s crazy!
ive thought that one fresh abilitie for mirage would be if you could make his decoy slide or jump while looking at it to add to the realness of a player to bamboozle. Maybe they make it so while looking at it you have to hold your fire button so you have to be precise

Sorry but this tier list is bit weird since Rev is S+ (easy to use compared to pathy) Ballistic is A ( perk of upgrading the weapons with the armor level especially with havoc is crazy) Ash is B (2 snares and callout for nearby enemies) Catalyst is low A/High B (+1 spike and ability to reconstruct the doors is crazy)
As a Rampart main I was kinda shocked with how good she is in solos, just lacking movement but replace movement with a good defensive setup and you’re golden
The smart pistol is so good for winning a 1v1 they have animation where you to stop shooting then Bangalore passive if you hit it and the ult is so good a free gold gun every like 2 mins cough cough (havoc) is crazy b at least b tier
The only thing I’d change is Newcastle should be above Maggie in A tier. Even without a passive, the tac (now instant cover since season launch) and ultimate allows for protecting yourself from gunfire, especially when your in-between multiple solos, and it forces enemies to reload giving you an opportunity to have an easy kill fighting right outside your cover. Newcastle has so many buffs at this point that he’s OP lol. Only legend that can compete is Rev with the +75 health on button press that’s insane! Otherwise amazing tier list and I like cut g

I think the issue with this list is that you are ranking these legends on your own ability to play them, not the highest ability that they can be played to. Wattson can totally dominate solos with aggressive fence placements, wraith’s whole kit is BUILT for solos, etc.
Obviously if you’re thinking of the highest level of gameplay, on any legend they will all be high but this is a fair ranking for the average player. Also Wraith has 1 selfish ability but she also has an ult that the whole point for is to help your teammates rotate.
Why is Maggie not a Skirmisher legend. Two of her abilities provide her and/or her teammates with movement. Sure there’s so many Skirmishers but her kit to me feels like a Skirmisher more than an Assault kit

Just a little thought here; Respawn should add more selfish characters. Rev now feels fun to use because of it not relying on your teammates. But they should just make a too selfish character. Make is so that while they can be extremely selfish, they can also be paired with other selfish or even teamwork based legends. That way they aren't just some random that can occasionally do something for your team. Just a thought, i aint no game designer.

Mirage has definitely been my favorite for solo mode his decoys are so helpful and using my ult just so much fun in solos
