So is there a follow up on the concave convex plate ?

I will be shooting one soon. But I found it makes very little difference. If you have it so that the plate it aiming back towards the back of the box it is slightly more concentrated in one area than if you flip it over you get even more spread of the light. You can see this yourself if you take a shot of the lighting pattern created when you have it aimed at a wall.
