Chaz Aria LLC I think that because Panic ploy is a special effect that doesn't really debuff but reverses the buff, harsh command doesn't work on it. You still have the buffs, it's just that panic ploy is on top of it as well.
Yes, panic ploy for enemy buffs and emblem teams, and harsh command for the surplus of chill skills being dropped on us.

Yeah, Yeah Soleil can do this better since she can have either higher attack or higher speed.
Having less HP helps Soleil perform better with this build too since it'll be easier for her to get into desp and WoM range.

On a related note, if they ever did bring in PvP, it'd most likely be locked exclusively against friends added & there'll probably be a ruleset, possibly customisable.
The biggest problem with PvP would two turtles fighting. Never initiating combat.
