I would be embarrassed to take this to the local bike meet cafe, they would be asking, wow nice bobber how long did it take to build. When your reply is "this is how I got it", they will look at you as though your just put a Liberace record on.

Richard Neal I wouldn't , I'll be proud to say yeah I bought like this. Fuck building it, but I'll do some minor tweaked to it. I'll showed them the website and the receipt. It's a modern retro bike, modern technology and it will last longer and out perform than built bike from the the 80's. Don't get me wrong, old bike are cool and but this triumph bobber it's way better than old, new Harley or older triumphs . This bike looks dope.

Richard Neal haha naaa come on man... who gives a shit what people say about your bike. I don't even stop to speak with other bikers, I ride mindind my own business because it's the best feeling in the world not to seek other dudes aprovals.

But the HD Bobs are ok? Those things are supposed to be Bobbers and when HD did it, nobody said a word.

No kidding. The more I see it, the less I like it. It is just a hacked Bonnie.

I thought so too but the dealer I am getting one from stated, it will be around $11,995 to $12,500.

I was told 8.5k on the road price according to Triumph in Doncaster, unless I was missing something. A direct contender for the Harley fourty-eight. I'm torn, don't know yet which one...

I went to the dealer and asked the young feller,... sales kid, "what's the first thing you'd change?" He had zero clue what I was referring to. So I told him I'd take off the goddamn Bobber sticker, the Gaitors off the forks, and try to figure out why the fuck the bike is water cooled? Holy shit, Triumph has a total cultural disconnect when it comes to this abomination.
So now my gaze is turned to the BMW R nine T pure. It asks no questions, it just goes, aircooled and is waiting for your input, not from some marketing guru who decided that Bobber sounded cool so they appropriate a genre rather than give the POS a real name.

birdhaus2021 well it’s out sold just about everything else out there so one of two things are evident... everyone has lost theirs minds or you are talking shit... personally I figure the issue rests with you. Chill out and let people be...
