Swapped 10x controllers into 8x. Front wheel turns backwards,Tried all combo s ,only one work but it overheated and burned the wiring. Tries the hall sensor swap but still running backwards
fixed my 72v 60amp setup with the swaping of the two hall sensor wires, though it was a different phaze wiring combination for me.it still worked so thanks for that 🤘

Nice troubleshooting video, but honestly if I had this problem on what I am assuming would be a new scooter. I would promptly return it and exchange for one that is properly wired.
This is actually more for upgrades of motor that we sell. You can actually get a stronger drive system and you need to do this to configure your high speed motor.

My ebike was working properly then one day it started going backwards. Followed the instructions. Now its going forward. However when I changed the hall yellow and blue my SW900 display went out of wack. I am walking my bike and the SW900 register 19MPH speed. How can I correct that.

no, this problem will arise when you change the motor. when you get jerkiness after one year of use, it is most likely due to wear and tear of the bearings

My motor spin nicely in air but when I go on a ride you can hear the motor screaming like an airplane vroom vroom it’s too loud I can’t find out what to do I checked all sensors even replaced them still same problem 😢
@ yes I have purchased a after market controller as the old one had its mosfets burned out , new controller has 2 wires you connect together for the first time you connect new motor it’s called self learn so it can read the sensors but it’s not helped either still the same

@@aidenCBR94 although the 11X motors are what we call sensorless, meaning they will be more jerky than motors with sensors, it shouldn’t be so jerky that you feel it. Where did you get it from

@ you need to learn please. We don’t owe you an answer. Your wires are heating up because it’s drawing more current than it’s spec for. If it hasn’t changed, that means there’s some loose connector hence the increase in current draw

I dont recommend to swap by place the PHASE wires. The wires on the load are geting hot at the connection piont and in cases starting to melt. The result can be a short in wires. (TESTED). In ignoring the wire melt - the controller at the same time is geting realy hot and in my test case it did automaticly switched off (protection). It was the ZHIPU controller wich are good made. Its the Mosfet fault - wich needs to be changed.

Something melted or burnt. Possible reasons: burnt hall sensor inside motor but unlikely. Burnt mosfet inside controller most likely

Resistance causes that. Can be cause by connections that loosen up over time or corrosion between the connections. This wouldn't fix that.
What can fix this??? New computer???

@@nooneelse1837 self learning controllers are not suitable for all motors. Your motor is incompatible with the controller hence there is no torque

We use special connectors which can withstand up to 200A of over current
