I love how Christian punches up so much harder than Ben stumbles when Ben tells him that Tara likes him. It's so clear all along that Christian is still in love with Tara even tho he's with Kat. So many context clues.
Watching this show again reminds me of how much I love Sammy. I mean he was such a great character and I love how he and his dad finally started to understand one another while he's in second year. I love how his eyes filled up with tears while watching him like he finally understood and was so proud of him. Plus Sammy was always on everyone's side and was never malicious, more interested in bringing people together than the competition that seemed to consume the rest. I understand why what is about to happen happens but the fact that it is Sammy makes it so much worse.

And at the Prix nationals??? He stood up to clap with tears in his eyes and got to see Sammy win the gold medal. Abigail stands up to her mom and does what she wants instead of what someone else wants her to do. She make Sammy perk up in a sense and stop feeling sorry for herself. Tara, the boy crazy second year, tells the boy she’s been heavily crushing on to back off and does it with such grace. Then she goes on to win the gold medal. Seriously, this episode is amazing. 💜

I'm rewatching this show for the first time in a decade and I'm so overcome with emotion. The interaction between Sammy and his dad was so incredibly heartwarming. I'm dreading the next few episodes because we all know what happens which is so incredibly tragic. Also, I forgot how incredibly infuriating Christian was during the backend of this season. He literally broke up with Tara, began dating her best friend, and now is jealous seeing her move on with Ben. Like what!? I mean it was so clear throughout his relationship with Kat that he still loved Tara but after all he had put her through, he has absolutely no right to be jealous. I love Tara and Christian together but I can't with him right now lmao.
I'm so happy for sammy, it deserves everything : winning the competition, finally having the support of his father for the dance but also for who he truly is !!!!

Movies are meant to entertain, some are real and some are just acting. Let's take for instance Mara and Clara, Black Panther, Blood and Bone, and many more.
