I enjoyed watching this… preparation is key! I don’t understand why you are worried about being late… you know (because you said it over and over) that good preparation will allow you to hit your optimal shot, so you should choose the T-Fight 305. Why? You indicated that you get a better quality type of shot. I appreciate the fact you value “shape” and “maneuverability” but stability is important as well. You were a TF40 user so I get why you wouldn’t want to change. I am going to make the comparison as well. I am a T-Fight 305 user… maybe I will come to where you are. Lots of people at my club LOVE the T-Fight 305.
This is the best video on the difference between the two racquets! The T Fight can be more playable but a lot of lead needs to be added to the handle to make it more manoeuvrable and as a result the overall static weight slows down your swing speed so yo nee to be super strong to play with it. It really is for an Advanced player.
Absolutely love the Tfight. I was playing with the TF40 but had to weight it up to 340 to get what i needed out of it. With the t fight i can string lower and add no weight and i can get alot of head speed. Ive been using heavy racquets so the swing weight is no bother. But i have found a stick that comes in at 328 strung with a over grip that hits like a 340g.
I actually used that racquet and it is just exhausting. It actually demands you to hit hard and full every single stroke. And that tires anyone out. After getting tired, it felt like I had no energy to swing it, and you need to swing and hit hard just to get the ball in a good motion, but once you get tired and you can't do that. The racquet gives you dead balls into the net when you get tired. I felt the same with serves. If you big strong and tall, it might not be a problem but if you're average size, it's hard to snap into the ball every single time. I think this racquet is a bit overrated with some. And people shouldn't gloat over it just because it's being sponsored by Medvedev.
Definitely takes a certain person to use this racket! I think it’s harder to use in many situations compared to the tf40 but it certainly does hit hard when timed correctly. Good to know we have the same feeling. I’ve gone back to it a few times since then but nothing has changed haha
@@sayles7858 What's interesting is that I felt this way in the beginning of demoing this stick, then I watched Tennis Gladiators and they mentioned the same thing coincidentally and I stumbled upon your vids and they pretty much say the same thing. It's no fluke. I use the Head Speed Pro and that one is much easier to hit serves and running / out of position shots. Sometimes if I run with the ISO 305 I hit it in the net because of the power sap. You're right in that it hits a heavy ball when you really go into the ball with weight and motion, but it's not realistic to do that all the time and especially in the course of a 3 set match if you're playing ladder or league matches. It's like asking someone to hike in snowshoes. You can't sustain that in the long run. I don't think medvedev is even using this stick tbh. I have played with the IGA racquet and that plays much better. You should try a demo on that stick.
Because most people do know what it means and saying shaping the ball is much better than saying arcing the ball. Also, if many people are saying it then maybe there is a little context to it 😉
@@sayles7858 Or it could mean that a lot of people are just copying what they've heard others say without knowing that what they're saying doesn't actually make sense. The Arc of the ball makes more sense than shape of the ball.
@@capricornmagic63 you right I know nothing about tennis. The only things that make sense must be the things that make sense to you 😂 no one else knows what they are talking about therefore they shouldn’t use the word. can’t believe this conversation is happening LOL

That’s good! It’s probably not the best racket for my swing but I am glad it suits yours :)
Wow, you are very good. Also blown away with the kids serve and precise feeds👏🏼
Thanks! Ian is pretty good 😂
Yeah. Do you know if he has a RUclips channel?
@@xenon9361 no idea but if he did it would be incredible
Very in depth review. Gave me a lot of insight on the new version. 😀
Yay! Hope it helped you decide!
Super helpful video!
could you do a full review / thoughts on the tf40? your thoughts are super helpful
I play with the previous version of the TF40 305 and like it a lot. Waiting for a Technifibre promo or sale to pick up one of the latest version.
It’s a solid racket!
I think tfight is more to people with more explosion for me when I hit good with the tfight it produces a bomb 💣
If you like spin and high racquet head speed, why don't you use the 16x19 versions of these?
great playtest!
Thank you sir hope you are well
Medvedev doesn't use this racquet
i bough the iso and sold it. only good for a good player
medvedev is not using this racquet it's just a paintjob, he's using the Dynacore 95 sq inch !
Oh cool insider info? Thanks!

Ah that’s too bad. I haven’t had any problems fortunately maybe try a softer string?
This racket with Solico Tour Bite string?

Define shape. So many people ( commentators ) use that term so please, explain what you mean by shape.
Shape is like the arc of the ball. So whatever arc my ball is making is the shape of that shot if that makes sense!
@@sayles7858 Then why not just say one gets more arc on the ball instead of using a word that in this context make no sense??
