83 Shadow Vt750c Jetting Carbs.

- In this video I do some work on the carbs for the 1983 VT750c. I had previously gone over them after they had been setting for who knows how many years. I really wasn't sure if the engine would run after all of the work that I've done on it. Anyway, after getting it to run somewhat decent, I decided to take them off again and do some upgrades. I installed a carb jet kit from carbjetkits.com/. This is a great site. This is the second kit that I've got from them and I haven't been let down yet. The rebuild kit was purchased from Ebay. What jets do you suggest for a 1984 Shadow 750? Sea level.
Is everything stock? Have you made any modifications to the bike?
What about for a 84 shadow 750 with velocity stacks and small mufflers at 192m (630feet) above sea level
@shawndumas3495 check out carbjetkits.com. I came up with main jets of 130, pilot jets of 45, and 2 shims for each slide needle.
i need the pull style choke and i have an 84 vt700c it will idle goog but off idle it stumbles i have put a 0.45 on the slow side and 125 on main any help wod be grate i have vidoe on my channle
Are you using the stock exhaust and air filter?
@@wonkster1970 yes on the air filter no on exhaust not sure what it is i am fixing to upload a video or a shour
