Based on the display at hand, it is high time to let law not be the first undergraduate degree for those who want to be lawyers; they should study for another undergraduate degree and then take law as a second degree.

Is it practice for the Tribunal President to take sides during proceedings? Seems like the scale was tilted in this session, at times it was confusing to see the difference between the Tribunal President and the claimant.

Sijaona mada president na mwenzake wakiuliza maswali ya msingi kwa huyu jamaa. Mimi binafsi sijaridhika kama wawakilishi wetu.

English is an imperial language, however Lingua Franca it is, as such we would not need a brag over competency to master a slaver's tongue. The best suggestion would be to master Kiswahili over slaver's tongue

Apparently our kiswahili mastery is very poor, I am sorry to say it

Tanzanian Lawyers totally asking nonsense and mere questions that wont help Tanzania to win the case. It seems they know nothing. Poor interpretation of law, poor preparations, bad formulation of questions and very poor language use and skills. I think they have to look for other Lawyers with deep understanding in Corporate law and business law. They will never win with these incapacitated Lawyers. SHAME
