    Last year I was diagnosed with cancer. It spurred me into seeking help for my OCD because life is short and I didn't want to live the rest of it struggling with this. Your videos are so helpful. I really appreciate how clearly you communicate the concepts. It's also comforting hearing that you've gone through this as well and what you're advocating actually helped you. I just purchased your book and can't wait to read it! Thank you for what you do. 😊

    For me performing safety behaviors are the only way to stop a loop generally.
