Great video man, I never realized that the raider bosses gave you guaranteed legendaries when you’ve finished the final quest. Definitely gonna snag that instigating disciples blade on a vats melee play through soon
Oh yeah, it's crazy that the game just gives you an Instigating Disciples cutlass. If you side with The Pack, Mason gives you a Furious baseball bat with some nice modifications on it.
(26:28) In my current game, I took Gage with me to the power plant so I could complete the quest, get the perks, and then assassinate the bosses for Head Hunting while they were outside of their bases. It didn't go as planned. I kept getting killed by grenades just trying to get to Nisha. When I got her, I was able to get Mags and William, but Mason escaped back to his hideout. Seems that leaving mines all over the boss lairs is probably easier than luring them out into the open to kill them.
My strategy for Open Season is to place mines in the Operators lair. Lots of mines, like around 50. That will kill most people in there. But I don't start there. I start with Mason, using a crit from the bleachers and retreating into the garage(?) dead end area so I can pick off attackers with no one getting behind me.

The area with the "crap ton" of cave crickets is a random spawn. It can be mutants, crickets, worms, or even settler types.
I feel like I've encountered the cave crickets the most often there, and if I remember correctly, it was something like 8 of them last time.
Hello epic twonk man, love your vids and amazing commentary. Keep it up!!!
thank you :)
You can still turn off the power after excepting the fan offer (forgot her name) and get the jumpsuit and mininuke
And just break the promise I made to Sierra?! What kind of madman do you think I am?

Seems like a good idea, though. But only if you don't want the weapon rewards from the bosses.
@@SuperTwonky This video actually taught me that you COULD get weapon rewards from the bosses.
