Whatever you choose to wear to Candace’s wedding, you must feature your bare shoulders and arms!! Both the green and the purple dresses look fabulous for this reason. 🤩
The emerald green sheath dress is the BEST dress you have ever made. It looks so elegant on you. The comment about you wearing it for mother of the bride is BANG ON!
Happy birthday! You deserved the cake and chocolates! Your birthday dress is gorgeous on you! I love the florals too, and am glad you'll wear them even though they don't feel as natural for you. You are a knock out in the halter style dresses! I love that last wrap top except for the sheerness of the fabric. I would give it another try. I sure enjoyed seeing all your makes. I've already watched the video twice and plan to watch again. I just love having you chat at me while I putz around doing my chores. 😄 You always make me chuckle!
You are Awesome! Love love love your fashion show. It is so brilliant with the fabric and pattern variety. You are beautiful inside and out. Thank you for sharing.
You are the QUEEN of dresses! Your body just flows into them like liquid! I told Jerry -- sitting right here next to me -- that, "I want Viv's HAIR and I want Viv's BACK! I spent two days trying to make the back of my latest make look half way decent. My sway back wants to make skirts stick out like a mermaid's tail. Your garments are all lovely. The yellow flowers are extra pretty and so Springy. Thanks so much for the show!!!
The green long dress and the fuscia long dress look great on you. You can pull off the look because you have shoulders. Love the skirt with yellow roses. The print looks great for that skirt pattern. Great makes. My march makes will be part of my April makes. I just couldnt get it going. Great video - oh and yes I noticed the back facing was up on the top you wore in the intro 😂
The emerald green dress, gorgeous on you! I actually said wow when you moved the pattern envelope. Definitely wedding worthy design. Candace was right about the linen dress which also looked great on you. I also loved the yellow flowered skirt outfit. However that wrap top might not be the best choice, but a white fitted top for sure is right.
So many pretty things! I love your "Lily" dress (the circles), the green crepe is stunning, the little black print from the 60's is perfect and the last skirt is truly a winner. As collections go, this one is really uplifting - ❤️
Loved everything you made! You really inspire me to get back to sewing! I just moved and am setting up my new sewing room! Looking forward to your new challenge!
Happy birthday! You've been busy. I love your green dress and the B&W 70s dress . The last outfit is stunning with those yellow roses. Your sister is right about the green dress. You look great in halter dresses. Take care and happy stitching.
Loved all your makes, and you are obvs very beautiful gal, but the raspberry coloured vogue dress looked like something you would wear to the Oscars and you looked super stunning in it.
The green and raspberry dresses look stunning on you. The halter style neckline and bare shoulders really complement your figure and makes your waist look so narrow.
Wow! You are the sewing queen. Everything looked marvelous on you! My favorite was the last outfit: full skirt and white wrap shirt! Thank you for sharing ~
The green is wonderful color and style for you. Would make amazing mother of bride dress. Also the raspberry, maybe even like neckline better. The long bow tho is perfect.
That green dress looks fabulous on you! Hands down, the best garment you've ever sewn and modeled on your channel. You've got great shoulders and the berry one looks good too. But that green in that fabric and that style....perfect! Wear it to the wedding.
The circle dress is adorable...and perfect for the anticipated summer weather ahead. I absolutely loved the green formal dress and the style is so perfect for the mother of the bride. What a delight to pick a fabric that will coordinate with her wedding theme on their special day.
I love watching you...I have learned so much from you and I have been sewing for a very long time. I have all those “vintage” patterns, because the 60’s was when i was young!
I concur with the others about the green dress pattern being wedding worthy. Definitely would make it in a solid again. Also, the little black and white dress would be perfect for rehearsal dinner. Both are classy.
What a beautiful assortment of dresses. You must have a lot of fun getting dressed in the morning with all those lovely dresses to chose from. It is so nice to see dresses on women. Cool, comfortable and beautiful.
The berry colored Vogue dress is beautiful. That would make a great mother-of-the-bride dress. I really love the skirt with the big yellow flowers! I want!
Oh my goodness! So much to love! I love the yellow rose fabric! Being from Texas it certainly caught my attention. You looked amazing in so many of the outfits. You are so inspirational. May your new year of life be full of blessings and joy! Big hug friend. You always make my day.
Love! You have a real talent for pairing fabrics to patterns. That part of garment making is a real challenge for me. You look great in the halter style dresses, and you could wear one of those dresses to the rehearsal dinner if you choose another style dress for the wedding.
As soon as I saw the green crepe dress on you, I thought what a great MOB dress! You look stunning in it. You have the perfect shoulders to wear that style. The purple dress was flattering too but the crepe with the bow is a knockout. Thanks for showing the vintage patterns made up. I love seeing how they look all this time later. Also love the yellow rose skirt.
I loved the bow on the back of the dress and when you are at the front of the church everyone will be looking at the bow on the back they were all beautiful dresses
The green dress is a knock out, definitely suitable for a wedding with a gorgeous wrap. I love the black and white ITY dress too. The little linen dress would look great with sneakers too. Thanks for sharing all the makes. Loved this video.
This production of dresses has to be the most complete BEST OF ALL. There isn’t one item that didn’t look fabulous. Well, ok, maybe the white blouse wasn’t exactly right but every other item is super. Congrats!!!!
Girl, you are amazing! I absolutely LOVE the green halter sheath you made! You look spectacular in it! Also the gold Burda dress looked super cute! I can't get over how many peices you are able to get sewn in between your podcasts. You have so great sewing skills, and everything you make fits you like a glove. You have the perfect figure for displaying your makes, and it is a joy to see your creations in real-time!
I love all of these vibrant colored fabric makes on you Vivmom.😊 I LOVE that green dress and the fuschia dress. I'd say they're both fancy enough for a wedding. Perhaps the green dress in a other color, since you don't want to wear the green one.😊 I REALLY LOVE that floral skirt at the end, It's GORGEOUS!!🥰
Loved it all! Especially liked the yellow floral skirt which would look amazing with a black top. I think it's black but can't really tell maybe it's very dark green. Anyway, you do such outstanding work showing us all these makes. Thank you.
I loved all your outfits including what wore at the beginning. You always come up with such innovative ways of making a vintage pattern look new again. Thank you also for your critique of the patterns, your solutions to the problems you encountered and the use of different fabrics on one outfit to make up for stretchy bottom weight materials. I hope to be as good as you someday. Keep up the good work. Best regards.
Great makes! The green dress and the berry one both look amazing on you - definitely go for a MoB dress that shows off your beautiful shoulders and arms!! Have a good weekend!
Oh, Viv, Viv, Viv. These makes each had the wow factor. I especially liked the last outfit. The green dress would is perfect. It is unusual and elegant and looks like a high end designer dress; and, plus, it really shows off your figure!

Bravo! Wonderful makes and so fun to see you modeling your goods. Such an inspiration. The green crepe! Wow! Definitely wedding worthy. Love the linen dress too. What's not to love? All of it was wonderful.
Every make is awesome! But the green dress, the ITY dress with the black piece on the bottom and the yellow skirt are my favorites! Well done and great choices.
With so many sewing presenters out there, you are probably the person I look forward to the most. The green and raspberry halter dresses are probably my favorites. In fact, I can see both of them as floor- length dresses. Either would make a good “Mother-of-the-Bride dress. Good job as always. I can’t wait for your next presentation.
I was already in love with the green halter from a previous post, and decided that nothing could top that beauty. Then you modeled the purple dress and I felt that I was cheating on the green dress because I liked it as well. The last was amazing, with a lovely silhouette and color, and has my fingers itching to sew something yellow.
Love to watch everything you make. That green and purple dresses are fabulous! But, a beautiful pink, more fancy fabric with the green dress pattern, would be beautiful for your daughters wedding! You would look great!
Your dresses are beautiful. I just love your circle dress, it so crisp and bright. Both of the halters are very special, you’ll have to go out to a very flash party to wear them. Thanks for brightening my day, you always do, I so look forward to your vlogs.🇦🇺🤗
Happy Birthday Viv. If you ate 2 pieces of birthday cake and a box of chocolates, I would truly like to know where you put them. It certainly doesn’t show in your wardrobe!!! Your makes are fantastic, as always. I agree with your sister. The green dress with the mother of the bride fabric would be stunning! I even think a wider bow would be beautiful. Everyone sees you walking down the aisle from the backside. That pattern is just fantastic! I think that magenta color on the other dress would be a glorious color on you for the wedding!!!! I also loved the skirt you made. Wear that to a bridal shower or luncheon. Perfection!
I agree with Faith you look great in those two dresses. I too am large busted with broad shoulders and look good in halter style dresses. I also agree with your sister, you should wear that green dress to Candace's wedding..... you look stunning in that dress! Love you Viv and all your makes!!!
