This comment is 4 months late from me, but did the branded player activate Tragedy's effect after discarding it with Lubellion? If so, Lubellion's discard effect is not considered a card effect. Could've just fused Tragedy with Cartesia instead.
Branded could have instantly won game 2 if he nibbed before he made blackbeard(so he doesn't get draw) And could have played around ash blossom if he used his foolish better game 3
