- Today I went out on a mission to find some gold. I didn't expect to film a video but decided to film anyway! The plan was to gold pan random spots to get an idea where the best gold would be hiding. A big part of gold prospecting is testing and a lot of time is wasted testing, but also that's where fortunes can be made.. I also enjoy stopping and taking it all in when prospecting it’s a must I think you gold would have weighed .23 not bad for 15 or so pans looking forward to when the river drops and you get to use the new equipment.
