Absolutely. That question I didn't plan. I was the last interview for the day and just watching, one by one, the journalists go from being super nervous before the interview to smiling ear-to-ear when they walk back, it's so heartwarming. You never know how these interviews can go so it's real when he says he treats people with respect. Keala and Zendaya especially are such role models for me, like they all are, but those two especially.
Neither did I. I go into every interview with a prayer. Honestly, I'm not great. I often feel like I'm not cut out for this, my anxiety agrees. I'm quite a wimp. Tori Carter I was extremely lucky to see Keala as Madame Thenardier in the 2014 Broadway revival of Les Miserables and she was absolutely amazing, so when I saw her on the screen, I was like, "OH MY GOD!! I KNOW HER!!" Couldn't be any more proud of her, as part of the Broadway fandom and Broadway/musical community.

Yeah, well, that's always been the dilemma in my field. Do we go for the punchy headline or do I go for what I feel is right and honest. Lately, I've been going for the latter. I try to balance it out though, I did write on my phone that I was gonna ask them 'Acting 101, how do you create good chemistry with your co-star' something that I can apply to my real life dates I go on lol, coz they're often playing the lover type. But I didn't wanna box 'em up too by enforcing that. So I skipped it when I looked at my phone and went straight to the build a circus game - which I came up with on the plane ride to Sydney, super random. I knew the Keala and Hugh ones were gonna get raw and emotional so I wanted the Zac & Zendaya one to be lighthearted and a little funny. @JoshuaSimonXL

This is a great interview. I have seen The Greatest Showman 3 times since it came out. I love the movie! Zac and Zendaya are beautiful and so amazing in it.
john ko marvel as it should be. I saw it on Wednesday, Thursday and yesterday. I left each time loving it that much more. Zac and Zendaya are a force on screen and Hugh Jackman took me by surprise! I knew that he sings and dances but had no idea at the level in which he showed us in this movie! They all just shine and the message behind it all is just everything.
Oh, it's so good. I watched it 2 weeks ago before this interview at a private critics screening - which on one hand is cool coz I see the movie early, the real downside is that I don't get to experience the movie with a real audience, hearing the laughing or crying, it was just me and 3 other journalists in that cinema. So I definitely will be re-watching it with my friends when it comes out. Different groups of friends, different screenings, do ya'll do that? Yeah! I felt that, they really did feel like buddies that would hang out more than date, which is refreshing. No awkward jabs or flirty one liners, like I wouldn't know how to react to that so thank God. Oh, fun fact, I've not told this to anyone but since you wrote a comment, I'll reward you with this bit. So the audio was left recording even after I finished the interview, and I've a recording of them just reacting and laughing to the Pikachu Speaks English video, it's hilarious. Zac talked about how he's been collecting Pokemon cards since he was a kid, the charizard ones that are worth hundreds today, he still has them. It really is refreshing coz I always thought Zac was some hunky guy who just parties a lot - not the Sims playing, Pokemon card collecting guy. It was a nice twist, he's my people. @JoshuaSimonXL

I watched this interview mainly for Hugh and of course I was so moved by his experiences and the message he wanted this movie to convey, as I always am when I listen to his interviews. He is simply a beautiful soul who lives to spread kindness and humility. But Keala. WOW. She made me cry when responded to the question about what home is because I've grown up moving and have always struggled with knowing where my home is. What a beautiful human being, one who has suffered and struggled and has discovered through the ugly times how to love herself, and now in turn teaches others to love themselves. I am so in love with this cast because they put their heart and soul into every part of this movie. No wonder it is so beautiful. Also, props to the interviewer for asking such thoughtful and engaging questions. Great interview and beautiful cast and movie!!!

Oh my I’m so eight months late on the Greatest Showman cast interviews. I just got to watch the movie very recently. And as i rounded up the youtube interviews, this one I found to be the most unique and endearing yet so far. Josh Simon, the interviewee, as i learned his name from the comments down below, is for me an epitome of an easy, youthful, no qualms, and no holds barred type of interviewer. He creates an atmosphere of trust during the interview, like a first time engagement with a new found friend and to make a good convo, he asks simple questions to establish good rapport and good vibes. He builds up the interview with simple direct questions that the celeb or new discovery would joyfully like to answer because answering these questions bring forth meaningful thoughts and reflections of one’s inner feelings. It extracts feelings straight from the heart.
I just watched this interview again in 2021...and I can still feel the electricity of this film and the effects it had on everyone involved. What a great interviewer....!

I saw it Thursday when Star Wars was sold out and I loved it!. Will be seeing it again for sure.

I watched this interview mainly for Hugh and of course I was so moved by his experiences and the message he wanted this movie to convey, as I always am when I listen to his interviews. He is simply a beautiful soul who lives to spread kindness and humility. But Keala. WOW. She made me cry when responded to the question about what home is because I've grown up moving and have always struggled with knowing where my home is. What a beautiful human being, one who has suffered and struggled and has discovered through the ugly times how to love herself, and now in turn teaches others to love themselves. I am so in love with this cast because they put their heart and soul into every part of this movie. No wonder it is so beautiful. Also, props to the interviewer for asking such thoughtful and engaging questions. Great interview and beautiful cast and movie!!!
I find it amazing how excited Keala was to see the interviewer lol. I don't blame her though, he seems like a really sweet person and he asked some genuinely good questions. This is one of the best interviews I've seen!

Oh my I’m so eight months late on the Greatest Showman cast interviews. I just got to watch the movie very recently. And as i rounded up the youtube interviews, this one I found to be the most unique and endearing yet so far. Josh Simon, the interviewee, as i learned his name from the comments down below, is for me an epitome of an easy, youthful, no qualms, and no holds barred type of interviewer. He creates an atmosphere of trust during the interview, like a first time engagement with a new found friend and to make a good convo, he asks simple questions to establish good rapport and good vibes. He builds up the interview with simple direct questions that the celeb or new discovery would joyfully like to answer because answering these questions bring forth meaningful thoughts and reflections of one’s inner feelings. It extracts feelings straight from the heart.
