Police in the UK take this stuff well too personally. It’s obvious that they are trying to get a chase, so rather than cause more danger, just keep them in observation. It’s light traffic, the road is dry and there’s very little chance of matching the performance.

In sweden you can't be done for any driving related crimes without the police either stopping you while you're commiting the crime or getting you on camera. If you outrun the police, they cant do much. Yeah they can go to your house but unless you confess you wont be charged with anything. A while back there was a person who was speeding on the highway, police was chasing him. They lost sight of him for a minute or so and when they caught up the driver stopped. Driver said that the person who was driving earlier was a midged who got out of the car and ran into a field. Thus, police cant prove he did it and he was let off. Of course it was him, but unless it can be proven 100%, it is VERY rare that someone gets done. Same with speed cameras, if i cover my face they will still send the letter asking who was driving but i can just say that i have no idea. And if someone else is driving the car i will get a letter and i can just say i dont know who was driving.
