Hey everyone! Just a quick note - I'm actively working on improving my English, to be able to share my thoughts more fluently. Hopefully my current English is not too bad! Appreciate your support and understanding 🙏😊
Alex your English is fine! I don't believe we will win because 1. Our defensive structure is bon existent. 2. Midfield is not of the same quality as Inter. We have no ball winners which is a problem. There is no on or off field leadership. 3. Fonseca is only part of the problem, we have no sporting director and an accountant running the club and the owner is only interested in how much money he can make. No matter who comes in it's going to be difficult for any coach to get this team into winning mentality. Scoreline 4-0 to Inter
Your English is brilliant. Nothing to complain about at all. Thoroughly enjoying your content at the moment, and I really think that you echo precisely the same sentiments which many Milanista feel. Keep up the great work!
Great point about Fonseca’s coaching and the players. Especially professionals. If a player is saying they don’t understand the tactics then he should not play. I agree with you about Sarri, I think Sarri is excellent at bringing out the best in players and RLC and CP know Sarri’s coaching already. I can see Sarri helping Leao reach a new level. I absolutely agree with you about Abraham instead of Morata
Alex, From what I’ve seen from reports from Sky Italia , Fonseca experimented with a 4-4-2 in training with Tammy Abraham and Morata up top so it’s looking like he might use this formation in the derby tomorrow. If reports are true, I respect Fonseca for realizing the 4-2-3-1 isn’t working and trying something new. Hopefully for his job’s sake he doesn’t try to play a super high line vs Inter like Pioli did.
if rumors are true we're going to look even more offensive if Leao-Puli will be the wingers. I hope we don't end up being more unbalanced. This is where Saelemaekers could have been useful!
audio technica (the xlr version), I do some tweaks though to get rid of mouth sounds, unwanted noise + a little bit of EQ to clean a bit. In other videos I use a lav mic (tascam) when I want to move around a bit more
I agree that sarri would struggle without a deep line playmaker, but so would anyone else since that is such a fundamental position in italian football. Fonseca as well is struggling with the issue, and that will be a problem until someone find a suitable player in that position(wether it'll be from the market or adapting someone from within the team) and i think we can say that fofana ain't it
The top management wouldn’t be happy with a coach like Sarri because he wouldn’t necessarily agree with them. I think he would push for a better roster, for us as fans that would be fantastic, but that’s something these people don’t want to deal with. I believe we should play with two strikers, Abraham and Morata, with Pulisic behind them. No wingers and no Leão; he just isn’t ready for this match.
Conte is the new Mourinho, in that he's past his prime. He's still as loud and ornery as ever but he can't keep a locker room for more than 2 years, and he'll demand massive investment in his pet players. Stay away IMO
Unfortunately the only conversation about Milan that gives me any optimism is the one about a new manager. Sarri is a serious manager, but for me too old school. Managers have long since moved on from Sari ball. Tuchel took a Chelsea squad that was leaking goals like a sieve and made them the best defensive team in the prem in a few weeks. As for boring... first, you couldn't possibly *get* more boring than Fonseca, and second, I didn't think winning the champions league was boring at all 😁 Third... this is Italian football! I thought you guys *loved* defensive footie. Tuchel is a very tactical manager who outcoached Guardiola that season. All that said... not sure he'd be all that great for Puli 😏 And, he'd be short term. One or two seasons at most. I want a De Zerbi, or Hurzeler or a Xabi Alonso. A young manager with new ideas to shake up Serie A.
When Inzaghi took over a scudetto winning Inter they weren’t that great under him. But Inter Sporting Director Marotta stuck with Inzaghi after losing the scudetto to Milan during his 1st season and then losing the scudetto AGAIN to Napoli during his 2nd season before Inzaghi finally won the scudetto last season. We have to be patient man. It took Inzaghi until his 3rd season to get Inter back to the top after Conte won the scudetto with the team Inzaghi took over. Motta Juventus look like Allegri is still managing the team and Vlahovic looks just as bad as he did under Allegri. It takes time. I don’t think Milan should rush to fire Fonseca and if they do fire him then they should also fire Ibra, Furlani and Moncada. It’s extremely unfair to think that Fonseca would immediately change our poor performance after 5 games when Pioli had the team for 4yrs. I hope we will the derby and I hope the 442 is the solution for Milan. Berlusconi always said Milan is better when playing with 2 strikers and we won a lot of trophies playing 442 in our history. Terzic is a very bad option and I don’t think Allegri will arrive. If Fonseca goes it will be either Sarri or Tuchel but either one will need TIME and nothing will change immediately. The problem is we don’t have a playmaker and it makes no sense playing 4231. Either 442 or 433 will work with this Milan team. I hope we win the derby and I hope that we play well and beat Inter with a 442. If we fail and they change coach then I don’t care who replace Fonseca as long as it’s not Terzic or Tudor.
Let's wait for tomorrow to see if Fonseca can do something positive. Of course people are upset for the results and the choice of the coach but look how Motta is doing right now, he is loosing many points with Juve. No coach can guarantee successful results inmediately, only time would tell if Fonseca can keep his job or not.
How can players understand what AC Milan is while the owner acts as we are mcdonald's. The feeling for the club comes from the conduct of the leadership, our leadership are retail people, they are depleting clubs status by second.
According to the behavior of the management, Sarri will probably be the best option, I hope the management does not make the mistake that Napoli made after spalletti and does not go to low-level coaches
Unfortunately real football its gone gone, this is not real team, this is not real management, this is not normal when given to some body 8 million and you dont given shit.. What a football, what a love of the club... Leao, Ernandes, Cardinale what a horible pictures..Ibrahimovic you dont see coach like Consensaulo, Sari, Rafa Benites?? CLAUN
I admit as a Hungarian my english is not the best but here is my opinion. We will lose the derby with (3 or 2) goals and we score one goal also Dumfries and Theo will make the usual derby things. The whole environment is toxic so not really matter which coach will be appointed in case Fonseca get fired. I would be sad to see him go not because I am a Fonseca fan but the whole environment is toxic and more or less the players actively trying to sabotate him. Not giving time to a person or a short one means they never had the fundamentals to build a bright future or made a mistake somewhere in the long run. The management with comments what Zlatan made is a good recipe for not be able to hire any coaches because his personality as board member should be timid and not what he actually doing. Moncada incompetent and can only see the french market, not even asia, africa and south america or god bless us other parts of Europe scouted for talents. Furlani at least italian but beyond he can smile I personally not think he is the right person for the job. Cardinale is the boss, not investing into the team nor he hired competent management but they fired a more or less good one to replace with celebrities. I am sure if the next manager comes they will stay as long as Fonseca so we will end the season 38 match and 6-7 manager salaries be paid. If the fundamentals rotten you cannot build a castle only a foam castle. Also what kind of deal Zlatan have with the players? Any normal board member does not involving in this thing only speak and motivate but this is just a mistery what he does and what is his real task there. The players are clearly not the right choices and the already okay team was squandered further so the team chemistry is utter crap. They do not know what to do how to do and definitely they do not analizing the matches they played to get info on what they missed. So in my opinion Fonseca could have been an acceptable coach (I personally never would have hired him) but if the environment is as toxic as now then basically no sane person willing to work for them. I know the team have history and pride but the pride makes people blind also never ever underestimate your opponents nor be anecdotal of the past. You are living in the present and building your future and if you nostalgy into the past then you make mistakes. Learn from the past so in present you will do right and make a better future. Cheers.
Yeah the whole environment does not look good, there is no peace there and a lot of pressure (obviously). Fonseca doesn't fit this historical time of Milan in my opinion!
Your boys 'Lazy' Hernandes and 'Crybaby' Leao are gonna get smashed (sorry) I hope Hernandez at least turns into demon again and fight with dumfries to provide us with some entertainment
The only way we get a positive result is if referee calls everything in our favour despite us being the away team and thus less of our fans in curva surd, a red card given against Inter player(s), and penalties awarded to us. Open play, set pieces, team ethic, and manager tactic changes are all in NerraAzzurri favour. I'm expecting a controlled beatdown...2-0 and Leao and Theo getting subbed to create easy scape goats when ALL the players and mgmt to blame for this chaos. FORZA MILAN
There are English people who speak worse English than you, so your English is fine. All clubs have bad phase, its life, saying that hope Inter win. Milan can start their recovery after that. Biggest mistake for Milan, lost their Italian identity, look at Inters spine of the team (use to be Milan that had more Italians).

Forza Milan❤️🖤, Love from India 🇮🇳
You’re my favourite new Milan RUclipsr, I’m half Italian half English and your speaking very well 👊🏼
Keep it up bro you’re doing great 👍 🇮🇹🏴

No Sarri, he didn’t want Pulisic at Chelsea. Let’s not isolate one of our best players
You might not want to lose. But i guarantee you will never forget watching INTER MILAN win.
Your English aren’t bad .. keep it up
I love your sound quality on microphone. Which brand are you using? (I can't read it from the video)
It's Audio Technica
audio technica (the xlr version), I do some tweaks though to get rid of mouth sounds, unwanted noise + a little bit of EQ to clean a bit.

Hoping we win this match..
A fan from Africa 🎉
It arrives when it is scheduled 🤣
LETS GOOOOOOO
I wish we hire Tuchel but Im sure no way this management will afford him

Forzaaaa Milan! I dont expect anything but Milan has not been good for so long that, this is not new
I'd like to see Sarri at Milan, I only wish we'd have got him in the first place.
This Milan team is full of foreign players that’s why we can’t do good
I’ve heard ibra has spoken with Igor Tudor about the position as well. How would you feel between him or sarri?
I prefer Sarri! In the video I might have said Tuchel but I actually meant Tudor (got confused), since Milan won't go for Tuchel most likely.
How can players understand what AC Milan is while the owner acts as we are mcdonald's. The feeling for the club comes from the conduct of the leadership, our leadership are retail people, they are depleting clubs status by second.
