This is one of my very early flea market videos and it's a bit rough. Check out my flea market videos from about mid-2022 going forward. I think the newer ones are much improved. Thanks!
I notice people are so concerned about what something is worth…. I collect for what I like & enjoy, & not because it is valuable! Most antiques are only worth what someone will pay. Right now, mid century is ‘in” so I buy older pieces at a more reasonable price than $20 yrs. ago.
I love antique flea market. I love Griswold cast iron firing pan . I have a book on collecting cast iron firing pan s. I wish Delaware had a flea market like Brimfield
I went last July. It was really hot but we still soldiered on. Note to self. Don’t bring people with you who don’t really like flea markets. My friend and I could walk around for hours, whereas our two other friends lasted an hour and a half. Lol.
Brimfield and the week before Merier's flea markets are the biggest best!! Have to take 2 weeks and also do the antique shops!! You get better deals at the shops!!
I have some questions: 1. HOw many days is it? 2.Are the tents there already and you can rent them pre-assembled? HOw much does it cost for a tent? 3. If you don't want a tent, but want to just drive up with your vehicle..how much is a spot? 4.Do you have to stay the full show or time that it is held? Thanks to anyone who can respond with answers......
It's 6 days. It starts on Tuesday and ends on Sunday. I've never been a seller there, so I'm not sure how that works. Check out brimfieldantiquefleamarket.com/. I think you need to contact the individual fields to ask about renting a space.
@@fleabittenadventures I think you are right about that...from what I know, there are different fields as it is not in just one field. Love the vid - looks like an amazing fun show. I can't wait to start setting up and selling at my local flea as I have PLENTY to get rid of and my boxes of stuff are BURSTING.
@@fleabittenadventures Yeah....last year was a FANTASTIC year for doing the fleas , as we made RECORD amounts of money. I think this was because people were so damn tired of being cooped up and couldn't wait to spend. I don't expect that this year...but I think it will be still be better than in the past years. We'll see.....I have high hopes but am cautiously optimistic.
@@fleabittenadventures hi my friend. You're doing ten steps ahead of most of us. Please treat my criticism as friendly and constructive ( even if rude) but well done so far but better editing required. Keep going. Be fearless.... Fuck the doughters💪👍
I really enjoy your videos and appreciate the time you put in. I am interested in vintage toys. Please fact check yourself, according to my sources GoBots figures were released to stores in 1983, one year prior to the Transformers. I love the Transformers but they didn't come first.
Definitely got a feel of what Brimfield is like, however, I would have enjoyed more displays than the crowd. No problem, I just skipped thru the parts I didn't want to see......
I wish you would look at your videos so you can see all you are missing you are not focusing on a lot of stuff all we see is the road and from far we can't tell what's at the market.

Great video, thanks!
Thanks! This was my FIRST flea market video and it's not my best work, but I'm glad you liked it!
I have always wanted to go to Brimfield but I live too far away.
Thank you for taking me along virtually.
I'm glad you liked it! I plan to go back in 2022 and do more of a "best of" type video.

It's worth the drive from Delaware! Go for it!
❤j adore votre video ,tres beau travaille ❤
You have to go in every booth/tent . You never know what you'll find. Nice to see a long Brimfield video, maybe you can make another in July
I do plan to go back in July. The full show should be back then, so if I do a full tour video, it's going to be much longer.... We'll see.
Muy buen video del mercadillo de segunda mano 💎👏 saludos desde España 🇪🇸🇪🇸👍
Thanks!

Did you make it up to Brimfield North Country show in Deerfield NH?
No. I didn't even know it existed. How is it compared to Brimfield?
Very nice content
Thanks

I've never been to Merier's. I'll have to check that out sometime.
I have the same Mickey 📞 at home and it works. I wonder how much they were selling for?
Too much. I think I've seen that phone there every time I have gone for the last 10 years.
Hello,Is this the same Brimfield Flea Market featured sometimes in the HGTV Flea Market Flip with Lara Spencer?
Yes.
@@fleabittenadventures Thank you

That guy said "I upgraded to the Xbox 360"...does he realize that he is about 3 systems behind....
I mean, he's not wrong.... But yeah, it's funny what dealers say sometimes.
Just found your channel and subscribed. So what great stuff did you come home with from Brimfield?
Thanks! I actually don't remember what I got....
I don't need to see the drive there. But that's just me.
I agree ... I can't imagine how many viewer switched of a that stage. And on that note I'm outta here.
I won't have the driving in my future videos. I was doing it to give you the full experience, and you get to see how big the flea market is.

Hello lets see what items you will find on this trip, enjoy you day!!!!!!!
Thanks! Not knowing what I will find is the best part!

Did I say that the Transformers came out first? This was almost 3 years ago, so I don't remember.
I would have a sign for vendors don’t leave trash there unless it’s worth money! And have a barn to put it in so the pentode the prop tan sell it!
Imagine how many valuable things people got just sitting around at yardsLes and shit throughout the us
That's what makes searching these flea markets so much fun. You never know what you find.
I hate those places that charge you to park! Should be free or donations whatever you can afford for the community!
I expected nicer items and pretty antiques,is it all rusty junk?
They have pretty much every level of antique and collectible there. One person's trash is another's treasure.
Definitely got a feel of what Brimfield is like, however, I would have enjoyed more displays than the crowd. No problem, I just skipped thru the parts I didn't want to see......
I'll try to do that more next time. Thanks.
Unless everyone just leaves junk there ad the owner has to hire someone to clean everything when everyone leaves and a dumpster
I like a auburn toys 50d and 60s scott
