    I just got the black one today. In areas where you can only use one hand. You can get a very thick rubber band and secure both ends. It’s a winner
    neck had been stressed for almost 1 year now. And yeah it feeling great.

    For anyone crying about the hair pulling, just put a cloth or a towel on your neck lol it’s not really that hard to figure out lol, great product!

    Just what the doctor order. My neck bothers me everyday hurts when I turn to the right or left and I spent way to many hours editing videos which is not good. Heat and ice do not help I will try this. Thank you very much

    It catches your hair 😬😬 better shave your head if u wanna use it. Does relieve knots tho. Leaves u feeling kinda high afterwards gives you a little head rush 😊😎

      I'm a licensed massage therapist in the US. Just lightly warming up an area without much pressure will make it look red because you're increasing blood flow to the area. that's actually important to help with muscle release and the body's healing process

      Scott, I have to disagree. I just bought one and it's great for repositioning computer forward head muscles back to a normal position. I am used to massages, acupuncture, acupressure, etc. and this is a great deep-tissue massage that one can do without a therapist. It's exactly what I was looking for to relieve pain, for posture correction, and to look 'normal' again, not with distorted neck muscles.
