  • Strengthens and promotes flexibility to the spine and back. Encourages the circulation around the spine and is a great exercise for strengthening the abs.
    Caution: Do not attempt this exercise if you have a lower back or disc problem.
    NB: Remember to remove head cushion for this exercise!
