Hello Nora, thanks for your kind msg! I prefer buying mushrooms in small quantities, but in a situation where I have to freeze them, I usually cut the end (where the dirt and soils are), gently wash them, drain water as much as possible, chop/slice the king oyster mushroom and freeze them. I usually use frozen mushrooms when making Korean soup so I did not find any difference in texture after thawing. I know some people slice and sauté with a little bit of oil first and then freeze to prevent mushy texture. Hope this helps, and have a wonderful week =)

Have you had issues with your Silicook lids cracking? Mine have started to crack after a month of use, and I am very careful not to microwave and to only wash them by hand :(
Hello Ton, thanks for visiting my channel!😍 Out of many I bought, so far I have one lid that has cracked. With this one, I was in a hurry and tried to close the lid forcefully without positioning the lid perfectly to the container (I kinda tapped the lid with my palm forcing it to close 🤣 lol) Because lids are kept in the freezer for a long time, sometimes they become little bit stiff (ie. they are not as soft as in room temperature). So I try to open and close the lid little more carefully after that incident. Hope this helps, and have a great weekend! 😍

Hello Nour Fetiha, I usually cook 2 cups of white rice, 1 cup of mixed grains (barley, steel cut oat, brown rice), and I grab some additional 1-2cubes of red lentils, quinoa and black beans. For red lentils, quinoa and black beans, I usually wash, soak and freeze them in ice cube trays to quickly grab them whenever I need them =) Hope this helps and have a great weekend =)
@@doclee979 한국에서는 납작이 1호 2호 등등으로 구분하는것 같구요, 아마존에서는 large, x-large이렇게 되어있더라구요. 제 영상에서 고기류, 새우, 떡볶이떡 담은것이 크기면에서 제일 큰 x-large이에요. 멸치,파, 바나나 등 담은것이 large 사이즈 이구요 (large이지만 그리 크지 않아요). 만두랑 브로콜리 담은게 DEEP large이에요. large랑 같은 사이즈이지만 깊이면에서 차이가 있어요. DEEP large가 제일 깊어서 여러개 포개서 많이 들어가더라구요. 지금 아마존에서는 deep large사이즈는 물건이 많이 빠졌는지 스탁에 없는것 같아요.
