Plants being eaten by slugs update

Using crushed egg shells to stop slugs eating the plants didn’t go to well! So now I am using egg shells plus homemade garlic spray and plastic bottles cut up. All together it seems to be working. Good luck with whatever you try. Let me know if it works. My friend is using cat fur rolled up into balls and that is working for her.
