Under the Kibaki's administration, Nairobi was clean. Under President Ruto and Governor Sakaja, i's dirty and disorganized. Both Ruto and Sakaja are incompetent.

It's still beautiful city of East Africa but there is a need for Mr Sakaja to amend potholes in the city centre
