- A short video essay clearing up the reason why burning godzilla died in the last heisei godzilla film, godzilla vs destoroyah.

Burning Godzilla is one of my favorite designs and it’s sad that he died 😢😢😢
Man this was and is still always the saddest about this final battle

Accurately kind of right..in GVD Burning Godzilla dies from overheating from his body temperature that has reached to 1200 degreese, that was his melting point as he was dying slowly, in order for humanity to live they had to freeze him or else the earth would die. When they froze godzilla some of the energy faded away into the distance, and some of that energy mutated godzilla junior to become the next godzilla in line.

I wonder if the new Shimo titan from the GXK can replace destroyah to attempt to halt the chaos by freezing Godzilla over or even killing him. That would be one hell of a concept!

Damn, you know I never noticed that all the red color basically turned off when Destoroyah had his tail gripped around Godzilla's throat. I always thought Destoroyah was just "discharging" energy into Godizlla. Sort of like how Godzilla and Spacegodzilla did when they were slapping each other when they were in their close quarters fight.
Yeah that's why G-force wanted Destoroyah to fight Godzilla because they thought his oxygen destroyer power would stop the meltdown.
And as shown it completely drained his red color, but with his internal reactor being too broken, draining his energy just made it worse.
@@GSTE_ That makes a ton of sense. I remember back in the day when people tried to poke holes in GvsD by saying "why is Godzilla going to die when his temperature reaches 1200 degrees, when he came out of a volcano in Godzilla vs Mothra (which is 1,300 to 1,500 degrees )...people weren't paying attention that Godzilla's meltdown was happen in Celsius and the lava quote was in Fahrenheit. And 1200 Celsius there is about 2200 in Fahrenheit :/
@@mgkiryuu well it's also that they were reading his outer temperature. Godzilla's internal temperature (which is what melted him) is obviously way higher than just 1200 degrees.

His internal reactor gradually began to fail due to SpaceGodzilla's energy. The island exploded just after Godzilla’s energy distribution was disrupted, this affected the island so that it melted and released uranium from under the island which was absorbed by both Godzillas. in the case of Godzilla Jr., everything remained fine, he strengthened and became stronger and more like Godzilla. Godzilla's problems, on the contrary, made things even worse. He may have become stronger, but he literally fell ill and this disease cannot be cured. Under normal circumstances, Godzilla would have become stronger and increased in size, just like Godzilla Jr
The burning form was never stated to be from spacegodzillla.

so pretty much he was stuck in a overclocked state,and he could not control it,makeing him abite like shin in a way,in pain from his own power,also seeing his own son nearly dying did not make it anybetter.
the easiest way to describe it, is that the sudden amount of nuclear fission shut down his cooling system, causing his levels of nuclear fission to multiply incredibly quick.
After the nuclear fission was about normal levels, his nuclear reactor was already too broken.
Causing his core energy to be released more and more.
Why? Meltdown.

Kenpachiro Sasuma’s least favorite suit.
Well only because it was a nightmare to move in. Imagine having an already heavy Godzilla suit filled with 200 lights, smoke machine, and having the tail connected to a long wire.
This isn't even considering that Kenpachiro Satsuma was 48 years old when filming Godzilla vs Destoroyah.
But being the one to portray Godzilla's death was probably a huge honor for him.
@@GSTE_ When Godzilla died, it was the saddest moment for in our life, for Kenpachiro, it’s a relief to not be in that nightmare of a suit.

Not exactly. It was his body shutting down and not being able to process the energy like he normally could.
This is shown by how Godzilla jr was not negatively affected by this same energy.

The absolute zero canon would not turn of his burning. As shown throughout the film Godzilla's condition gets worse each time his power is drained or cooled down. As shown when Destoroyah drains his energy, and then Godzilla immediately starts exploding and unleashing his core energy.

So Destroyah was a good guy just helping out cool down Godzilla?
well he was actually as big of a threat to the world as godzilla was. Just the fact he was a microscopic organism, and less than a week later he was the destoroyah that fought burning godzilla makes him the biggest threat to all life.
Also the fact that he has zero motive for destroying everything is even worse.
But he was able to help stop Godzilla's meltdown so that's the one good thing he unintentionally did.
