Thanks. Hv sampled Creation-E. Very nice scent. Their prices keeps guts off. Sample first then make your pick. Roja is tops. Plan is on to get a full bottle of Enigma. Already ordered a sample of Diaghilev. That is nice collection.

Big fan of the house, I like his take on aoud, with some of my favorites, fruity aoud, amber aoud, UAE, to name a few, I still need to add aoud then I will have completed the aoud line. Reckless and danger are sublime, majestic aoud is the only one that got away from me, oh to get that in my collection. Great video happy holidays and happy new year to you and yours
Great video Max! My favorite continues to be Danger, but the very versatile Burlington 1819 just floors me every time I wear it; very long lasting. Nice rum note on the dry down as well.
The subject of Creed Aventus will never leave us right Max!!That is why i have 4 bottles of Aventus!!!I do not use them because they cost way way to much and do not want to replace them.....
Great video , as always, Sir 👏👏💯 Roja is one ☝️ of my favorite nische house at the moment , they have such many great offerings, a scent for everyone ! Have tried only 7-8 fragrances from them yet - all of them were great , but the ones that really impressed me are Diaghilev, Amber Aoud , Enigma and Sweetie Aoud 🔥 Out of this world , so high ingredients and natural smell 💯 Planning to discover more from them soon , as for example the Golf Collection and PDLN … heard a lot of great things about them !
When it comes to Diaghilev, I think one must be a fragrance lover and really know a lot about Fragrance and vintage old school fragrances to like it. I'll be honest I bought a bottle of it and it smelt very mature and old and vintage and thats not a knock on the fragrance but as a 25 year old guy it wasn't something I could ever see myself wearing but I respect the story around the fragrance and the historical time that it would have been attached to in terms of the Russian dance teacher (Diaghilev). What I'm saying is unless someone is really into fragrances especially vintage smelling ones or at least ones that pay homage to people or places like Roja seems to do a lot of, then sure buy a bottle but if someone isn't fully into that and buys fragrances for compliments and not as a hobby then no need to spend around 800 dollars on the bottle
Yeah I'm 30 and got a sample of Diaghilev, it's a hardcore old-school smelling fragrance. Literally smells like you took a time machine back to the 70s or something and picked up an old perfume. Very dated smelling imho. Not bad, but just dated. Definitely on the mature side for guys in our age range.
@bleb ber yea exactly, and if I'm being honest I wanted it to work out, when I bought it I wanted it to smell great and give it time to develope thinking maybe the dry down would be better once the base notes came into the equation, I sprayed it on at night and woke up in the next morning and still didn't like how old it smelt, like you said we were born in the 90s why should we smell like were back in the 70s. I'm always looking for a way to be original and not smell like other people but that also has to come with a smell that actually smells like something that girls our age Will find attractive because at the end of the day I'm not just wearing it for me I'm wearing it for other people
@@BourneIdentity45 Yeah. If you want Roja stuff that just smells really good, try Elysium, and if you don't mind being a bit daring, try Danger (though it's more old-school smelling but I love it). Girls like both. Also, a bit pricier, Reckless Pour Homme also has a mass appealing smell that women like (it's kinda like a luxurious CK Eternity).
@@Briman2052 yea I tried Elysium I got a compliment right away within the first hour wearing it, I got the parfum cologne version so it didn’t last long and ended up giving it away to a friend of mine though I’d be willing to try the older version if that one lasted long

I just began my collection of niche fragrances and recently picked up my first from Roja, that being Manhattan. I absolutely love it! I live in Florida and I get the seasonal fragrance aspect but for me it's about how a fragrance makes me feel regardless of the weather. I'm now trying to decide what my next Roja should be.. Any suggestions?
I'm a fan of Elysium. Definitely inspired by Aventus, I may even favor Elysium over Aventus due to the fruitiness extending further into the life cycle than with Aventus. Now, Danger. Two notes that Danger has that weren't mentioned are cumin and castoreum. And since I'm a ScentWimp I have trouble with those two notes. Cumin smells like body odor and castoreum smells like animalic pissy funk. So when I saw those notes before testing Danger, I thought: "danger". Lol. So the opening is predictably funky. It would have been better without those two notes. But I remember the drydown being VERY nice. I'm a big Fougere fan so I think I can live with Danger. The animalics and cumin aren't too bad, as I remember it. Scandal and Roja's Vetiver are very nice too.
Creation E is just another cheap smell. Linear fizzy rose thru and thru. And for that price! Roja is smiling all the way to the bank with this cheapie. Sorry a lot of cheapies are actually superior to this pinnacle of “creativity”. Boozy? Unless you have a nose of a grizzly bear. This frag is a total fluke. Want boozy? Get Baraonda.

Elysium was weaker than weak for me. Shame as I had high hopes. The cooler weather competition squeezes Enigma out

Danger, Amber Aoud, and RDHP15 are my favorites. Love the house but not sure some of them are worth the high price.
Really wanted to get Elysium but the fact it doesnt last means it's not worth the price for me.

Musk Aoud is incredible. The Oud is not stinky it’s very nice . Try it.
