I enjoy the opening of the Eau Intense the most. I get the black pepper very early on and enjoy that touch by Roja. The Parfum has my favorite dry-down. The heavier mix of the vanilla, musk, and leather is addicting. I’d give the edge to the Parfum, overall.

Honestly, just my take, marketing wise, they could’ve ran with the “bigger” bottle size & released a big 5oz “eau fraiche” version of Elysium. I’m sure it would’ve been a huge success being that the opening for Elysium is so successfully pleasing-instead of “intensifying” the mid and base (not saying there isn’t success in this path as well) they could’ve just pushed the opening even further with a lighter, brighter take, increased the bottle size for more worry free usability, and being an “eau fraiche” concentration they’d actually be able to give Roja fans a justifiable reason for lack of longevity

Parfum is my favourite & one of the best citrus perfumes you can buy. Acquired the new Eau Intense and think it's very nice - it certainly highlights the fruity aspect of the DNA while toning down the brighter, citric aspects.

Roja elysium parfum is better than the blue bottle all day long. I got 1819,oceania,Isola Blu and roja elysium now. Love them so good

I like the perfume the most. The new Eau Intense is definitely different from the others You can notice the Elysium DNA. It's juicier and a bit sour. It doesn't last long on my skin, unfortunately. I like it too, but I really like the perfume the best. Greetings from Germany

I have the 2 Elysium and I layer the Pc on top of the PH to get more longevity.
Great video! Elysium PC is one of my favorite openings, yet the performance is lacking. I've sampled the Parfum Pour Homme and liked it to help fix that, so I've wondered if the Eau Intense is really worth checking out. Thanks, as always! 👍

-Pass on Eau Intense, that rhubarb note just doesn't sit too well with me in the opening.
-Isola Blu smells ok, overall, but nothing that wowed me, in the end.
My favorite is still Elysium PC, but I do want to eventually get the Parfum Pour Homme as a good alternative from time to time.

I agree the new Elysium Eau Intense is different from the first two. I’m one of the lucky ones who get a decent performance with Elysium PC, I love the opening and one of my fave / dumb reach, got plenty of compliments with it. Still prefer PC over the intense good thing I only bought the travel size.
Yes, Elysium Parfum for me is the very best. Good for clubbing, date nights, meet ups etc, fantastic stuff!

Steven, this was well worded as always. Always love your content. I am trying hard to get my nose on the 2023 version to compare. Part of me wants to say it's the hype machine but everywhere I read and video I watch notes how there is a distinct difference in the smell between the older ones. Can't wait to try it

I just recently put my nose on them. The Eau Intense opened a little musky! The Pour Homme had the nicest opening to me with the citruses right there! The dry down was also beautiful! I didn't smell the PC because I didn't want to settle on a fragrance that lacked in performance. The PC can be had at an extremely low price but, it just feels a bit like a rip off at full retail for weak performance!
I've never been all that interested in Roja as a house, but the Elysium Eau Intense bottle is pretty hard to resist.

My favorites are PDL1, PDL2, Diaghilev, Amber Aoud, Danger and Fetish.
Elysium, is the only one I have smelled...and it's a nice one
