Lalaloopsy- Halloween tutorial (How-to)-Mixing-it-up!

This week we are Mixing-It-Up in the kitchen with Lalaloopsy! I love to make adorable characters- here is a perfect one for Halloween or change the colors for any fun event! Sit her in the middle of a cookie or cupcake display or add her next to your favorite cake!
LOOK DOWN BELOW for all the materials you'll need to make the cake.
MATERIALS:
What you'll need:
2.5" Styrofoam ball (or rice krispie treats)
Fondarific sculpting chocolate- (fondarific.com)
Piping Gel
Serrated knife
Pre-dyed fondant or gum paste black, orange, hot pink, red
Gum paste: White
Dowel- 4"
Scissors
Vegetable shortening
Sculpting tools- ball tool, veining tool, scalpel
Small Brushes
Egg whites
Pastry tips: 804, 806, 808
Metal round rings: 2.5-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch
Button Mold

Threaded pipe
Toothpicks
Small rolling pin
Small metal ruler
Royal Icing
Two Pastry Bags w/ couplers fitted with #1 pastry tips
Black Gel
1) Cut off bottom of styro ball and brush with piping gel
2) Cover with flesh color of fondant (refrigerate)
3) Make orange skirt (3-inch round w/ 3 oz orange)
4) Make pink skirt and body (2.5-inch round (skirt) -2.5 oz pink)
5) Make arm area --add texture to dress
6) Put in dowel- add neck and collar
7) Roll out 2 legs- 2-inch long, cover in black "boots"
8) Cut out of white boot toe and heel with 808 tip
9) Roll out 2 arms- 2.5-inches, place on toothpicks
10) Cover in black and white stripes, attach w/ egg whites
11) Add black details to dress
12) Attach head
13) Add hair- cut out orange w/ 4-inch ring, add details with veining tool
14) Add balls on side of head with toothpicks and hair
15) Add two black bows
16) Add eyes, make mouth emboss, add cheeks and stitching
17) Pipe mouth, mole, eye lashes, detail on dress
18) Add "laces"
19) Make Witch hat with pink, #808 and black piping. (optional)
