Is BUDA the Baguio of Mindanao?

- With a similar elevation to Baguio, BUDA is a stunningly beautiful and lush mountain region. We took a day trip up there to Pilgrims Restaurant. It's one of the best restaurants I've been to in years. Owner and head chef Jeramie Go treated us to a gastronomic affair which featured locally sourced, organically grown ingredients in almost every dish. If you live in Davao or you're just visiting make sure you take the 90 minutes drive up to the BUDA region and discover more than just a fabulous meal.

Those are really interesting dishes and food places... hot chocolate with peanut butters is how my grandmother use to serve it to us when we go to her house after attending early easter sunday mass or christmas when i was a kid in the 70s and 80s. Im 55 now

pretty amazing how many buildings there are along BUDA road (highway?). there was only that log cabin (Alice's?) when i passed there years ago

Hmm... You skip one place because of music? I'm not a fan of music at places unless it's a live entertainment. None the less, looks like some great eats. Nice people and great locations.
I visited all 4 Kevin but the music was an issue because of YT copyright enforcement. That's why I used non copyright music sometimes.
