      Yes, there was no charge. But, again, you must have a layover of 4-9 hours. Thanks for the comment and please subscribe!

    Hi there, thanks so much for the informative video!
    I'm flying business but just realized I don't have access to the lounge and/or private room in Istanbul eventhough my layover is 8 hours because I got my ticket through a 3rd party. Can I buy a day pass before my flight or I can only buy when I get there?

      Right. But, Turkish Airlines is now offering hotel rooms for Economy Class passengers having a connection time of 12 hours or longer and Business Class passengers having a connection time of 9 hours or longer flying from outside Türkiye who have connecting flights departing from Istanbul Airport to their onward destination outside of Türkiye. Good question! Once admitted to the lounge, turn to the right and there is a desk with a sign behind it that reads "Private Suites". The employee there will check your eligibility. Thanks for the question! Tell your friends and please subscribe (if you haven't already).

    Hi, I have a 9.5 hrs layover at Istanbul airport. I have a priority pass with unlimited free visits. I understand the Priority pass allows only 3 hours max stay at IGA. Can I swipe my card again after 3 hours and use it? I want to stay there for atleast 8 hours. Also pls let me know if there are any other lounges in Istanbul airport accepting Priority Pass. Appreciate your help. Thanks and Cheers.

    • @TheNoNonsenseTravelGuide
      @TheNoNonsenseTravelGuide  2 года назад

      Hi! Are you flying domestic or international? According to the Priority Pass site, there is an IGA lounge in both domestic and international terminals. There is also an IGA Sleep Pod site in the international terminal which is covered by your Priority Pass. There is also a SkyTeam lounge there. So, unless you have specific credentials such as elite status, premium tickets, or other access methods that are required for entry, your only options will be with your Priority Pass. Yes, I think there is a three-hour limit. Thanks for the question and remember: it costs nothing to subscribe-so please do!

    Does each suite have its own bathroom?

    • @TheNoNonsenseTravelGuide
      @TheNoNonsenseTravelGuide  2 года назад +2

      The suites are a long the right side of the hallway and the bathrooms are along the left. I think there are about ten of each. Regardless, you need to exit your bedroom to get to the bathroom. Thanks for the question!
