Am I the only one completely blown away by these kids? You can clearly see their passion for knowledge and their English? Just wow...way better than teenagers after high school in my “developed” country, Italy. We all should meditate.
Ok im a pakistani and really impressed with this school.I studied in international schools and can easily speak english but these kids living in pakistan and in the most dangerous locality of the country and doing so good its just amazing.Another thing about lyari is that it produces the best footballers in the world but due to the lack of opportunities their talents r wasted
Being an Indian, I m amazed by these kids. Let them grow in the same way without being pulled towards negativity and I m sure they will make your country a lot better place. Well done Ben Zand for this video.
Lyari is absolute football crazy, we call it mini Brazil because most of them are Brazil fans! I am from Karachi and I can guarentee you that if the state provided resources to these kids they can showcase their raw talent on a bigger stage and attract attention of all the top clubs in the world.
A soccer team from Lyari participated in street football tournament in Brazil and their performance was very Impressive, if I am not wrong they made into the final.
Zeeshan Niazi yes bro you are right but what happened to those kids, most of them returned to their miserable life of hard labor and no education ! If it was any other country the state would have invested millions in them by providing scholarships and better sports infrastructure to groom them for the future but they got nothing !
KaBOOOOOM💥💥💥 That was the sound of my walls of perception being kaboomed. This....this is exactly the kind of journalism the world needs. No matter where they are born, each and every human being has dreams and aspirations, no matter how grand or humble. This kind or reporting shows exactly where change occurs; not in government, not in laws, but the classrooms of the world. The heart of the empowered child is the engine of humanity. Much love, light and respect to you Ben Zand @ ZANDLAND ✨💜✨
One of the very simple documentaries i have ever watched but contains a very good content which will give you good vibes and deep impact. 👌👏👏Your one of my favorite now Ben Zand!
cool video. always good to see things from a different perspective. talking with someone from Iran i met online changed my views completely too. similar experience.
As a indian, perceptation about pakistan is so underated but after watching your short video i am indeed feeling amazed. Keep going pakistan love from india.
Last week I was watching your videos and thinking that this guy is cool and should make some videos on Pakistan and now I am watching your cool video on Lyari, Pakistan. Do check out Lyari underground they are very cool guys. ☺
I would love to visit Pakistan! Especially the SWAT, but not sure how safe/welcome I would be as a white British woman. Love you Ben though. And love that you’re a scouser! My parents were scousers!
Am from swat.. welcm here .. My place is a gift from Allah.. welcm here.. and now here is a peaceful environment. A new Pakistan. 00923443384890 For any thing u want to know.. Kindly contact imo what's up.
And it’s EVERTON! EVERTON F.C! We’re by FAR the greatest TEAM, The WORLD has ever SEEN! XD. Cool video, and keep up the good work. I understand the “Dictatorland” videos probably are hard to organise and are very expensive. Take your time, if your doing another one. We’ll look forward to the quality when it’s finished. I’d suggest Turkmenistan as another former Soviet state. They even have a statue of the President (for-life)’s book, for God’s sake! Or you could do Chechnya. I know it doesn’t count, but the leader of Chechnya basically licks Putin’s arse. And he does some weird stuff on Instagram. These are just a few ideas. I’ll look forward to seeing your next video.
I was born in lyari and I love that place , in lyari u will find all culture sindhi patan punjabi memon kacchi Bloch siraiki muhajir shia sunni hindhu Christian literally I have seen and witness all this diversity from my naked eyes I swear the ppl there r anazing only thay have to build more academy like kiran then the rest will be history
As a gay man I am constantly reminded about how unsafe the middle east is for a guy like me when I tell people I want to go there. They say, "But you're gay. They'll kill you." It's not like I am going to go there and shout," I'm GAY!" I'm not ignorant. I do have respect for their beliefs. Videos like this entice me to visit the middle east one day. I'd love to go to Iran to eat and marvel at their culture.
who said this to u here nothing like that u think even if u say your gay nobody gona even touch u we will respect u because you become our guest sorry for bad english
The girl dreaming to be a president has wisdom of an adult. We really need to experience something firsthand to prove ourselves right or wrong with our perception...
I love people like these. ALLAH (SWT) Will reward them. They are doing great job. I give you assurance if wealthy people support Karachi United and Kiran foundation you will find these kinds in front row of our nation. Long lives Karachi United, Mishal, Kiran foundation. Keep it up your nation building job
Was disappointed in how you asked Sargon leading questions during your meeting the other day. And you also pretended you don't have your own opinions, which is silly seeing as your shows promote points of view (which I often agree with). You can do better man, you can be more honest when you talk with people you disagree with. Hit-piece-take-down journalism is the scum of this Earth, if someone needs to have their opinions shown to be bad, let them honestly express them, and they'll hang themselves with their own rope. But if you try to wrap the rope around their necks, you'll just be viewed as a murderer. This is an extreme metaphor but the point is please stop with the BBC style journalism and just try to have honest conversations with people. Or fuck me, what do I know? Just my two cents.
