2.5 कप दही [curd]
1/2 कप घी [clarified butter]

Fenugreek Powder( मेथी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tbspn
Coriander Powder( धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbspn
Garam Masala Powder( गरम मसाला पाउडर) - 1 Tbspn
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbspn
Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbspn
Whole Spices:
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 3
Cinnamon (दालचीनी)
Mace (जावित्री)
Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 3
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10 - 15
Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 Tbspn
Cloves (लौंग) - 5
Dry Red Chili (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 2
Sweet Fennel (मीठी सौंफ) - 1/2 Tbspn
