    Sir I love your recipes I know you are not from Himachal and just want to correct your recipe as the food prepared in Dham is offered to our Kuldevis before serving to the guests so we generally do not use Garlic while preparing any food item served in Dham.... The food served in Dham is a Satvik one....

    Dear no garlic is used in himachali don't change the asliat of mandra। Palanda ican be prepared by aloomatar, gobhi badiyan

    I do not know in which part of Himachal you stayed, but in madra ginger and garlic are not used. So please do not say it is Himachali madra..It is disrespect to us.

      Areee apne hp me ginger 12 month nhi milta..That's why we don't use ginger.But with ginger garlic paste It becomes more delicious.😊
