…for me, this is the best interpretation of “Lost Souls”. Your tutorial is: clear, easy to follow and understand. I keep finding myself getting confused with the others. I even purchased the written pattern hoping this would help me along to no avail. So I’m going to give this a go.
Thank you so much for this! My daughter-in-law loves skulls, but doesn't wear shawls. I was trying to figure out how to make this into an afghan/blanket to give her. I'm halfway finished, and I know she's going to love it! I like how you give details, and your chuckles.. like when you were calling shells scallops..brought a smile to me.
I made the shawl for my sister year's ago and she loves it. I just seen this pattern and knew that I had to make it. I'm left handed and so basically I'm making it backwards. You made this so easy to follow. I can't read patterns for some reason but I can follow video's. This was the easiest pattern I've ever followed and I'm very grateful. Keep making it easy for the non-pattern reader's. And thanks! I'm a new subscriber.💖
So if I’m following correctly, after you finish on row 15a for the first section, then you go to 10b and follow through to 15b, and keep repeating that until you reach your desired length? Then when you get close to that and get ready for the top scallops, you make sure to end on 15a- is that correct?
Just a recommendation for future videos most ppl don't need u to continuously talk through the video and all the extra u mention takes away from how well you show how to do the pattern

Fab adaptation of the original pattern - thank you for the clear instructions and the useful tips as you go along xxx
I love this and I can't wait to make this. Awesome

I totally missed when we quit doing 3dbl 1ch 3dbl for the shells...
How many rows did you do to make for this one?
I have been following your video and I just noticed that the second set of skulls is "indented". Shouldn't everything run straight up the sides?

I agree somewhat but for newbies this was immensely helpful
