It's not like there is a lack of amazing producers and DJs since the beggining of Hip Hop to compare him to. In fact, every single example I can think of does more with what they sample and do it while injecting their own creativity into it. And that's just Hip Hop. Electronic music, musique concrete and collage, industrial, etc, all sample and build amazing new things out of the process. Your boy here is just biting other people's grooves and talent.
