I have a fold up solar panel that I carry on mine. If I'm going to be using the batteries and not running the outboard I'll set on the back of the boat and it's keeps things topped off.
So far it’s done pretty well! Being that it’s a tiller, the driver might get wet when turning sideways into the chop but that was only in 20+ mph wind and nasty bay. As far as the ride, the bow sits low so it’s smooth into the chop. Much better ride than a Jon boat or other solo skiffs.
Definitely get you a jack-plate you’re gonna love it! Been watching your content for a while and I love it! If you ever get the wild idea to get a bigger offshore boat, keep me in mind as a buyer for the panga haha. Keep the vids coming!
