You don't get out much do you? lol j/k. This is a basic daily function, not a maneuver, that all sweepers do both in "public", in route, and at the garage. Although I do appreciate how mystified you are by the whole process...perhaps next time a video of the magical garbage truck cycling up the garbage in the back...where does it all go??? lol good-day : )
