Hi Beauty Fam: I heard you wanted me to demo T9 v T10 on my face so here is the quick video comparison: ruclips.net/video/xp7StFckD4g/видео.htmlsi=zA8P1Hyl5HkicUlt
I’m the same-I always avoid watching reviews
Until I’ve gathered my own thoughts 😉
I am tempted to snag T9 now for my summer shade…
The natural matte finish looks gorgeous! That blurring looks promising
Thanks miki for this detailed review.
I still had the Chanel limited edition healthy glow in rose beige and I like it’s finish on my skin, how does this tint compare to it ? Please share your experience
Have a lovely day ❤
Oh, good question. The Healthy glow rose beige is more like a balm / primer, so I didn't even think to compare them. Let's see, the Chanel evens out my skin tone, but has little to no pigment, at least on me. It has more grip and product IMO, so the more I put on, the more I can see the product build in not a good way. This Lisa E tint is way lighter, and less long-wearing. I have built it up on layers, and it doesn't get cakey. I enjoy both products for different reasons. I sooooo wish they made that Chanel healthy glow permanent. It is such an amazing product!
Hi Miki, since this skin tint kind of medium coverage, how do you compare it with Koh Gen Do aqua foundation?
Hi! Great question. Koh Gen Do aqua foundation has thicker consistency, but about the same pigmentation at least IMO. I found it hard to layer on the Koh Gen Do aqua foundation bc it was thicker, and if my skin was dry, it was really hard to spread the product. Bc this Lisa E skin tint is so liquidy and thin, I can keep layering it for more coverage, and it goes on so easily and it does not get cakey. Hope that helps! I do enjoy this Lisa E tint more as I decluttered my Koh Gen Do aqua foundation bc of the above issues. It just wasn't super easy to use, compared to the all the new wonderful skin tints new on the market.
I also have T9 and use 17 and 18 in the foundation. Although it is quite sheer, and I like that aspect, I do think she is missing a tone in the medium category for this tint. I hope she adds a golden tone somewhere between T9 and T12.
Such a great observation! I agree. I just tested T9 & T10 and they are both neutral and sheer and both run more neutral or too light on me. THat would be great if she came out with a golden tone! Thanks for watching and chiming in. I appreciate your thoughts and kind feedback.
Agreed ! I think she said she didn't do a bunch of undertones because most will be able to use neutral and it reduces the redness . Idk but I am a med warm and that T9 is way to light.
@@heathersargent289 I forgot to pin my comment that I did do follow up T9 v T10 demo on my face! Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/xp7StFckD4g/видео.htmlsi=zA8P1Hyl5HkicUlt
Totally agree. She has golden undertones in t8 and t12 and I’m somewhere in between. I hope she adds one. She offers mostly neutral tones which makes my face look dull.
I just got the Lisa Eldridge Skin Tint and I like it but I like the Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Complexion Touch in B50 better on my mature skin. I wear shade 21 in the LE Seamless Skin and I purchased the T12 shade in the LE Skin Tint.
Yes, I can totally see why you prefer Chanel complexion touch. It has way more pigment and coverage, yet so super light bc of the water formulation! I would use mine more, but bc it runs so cool and there is no BD51, it can end up looking too ashy on me. Is B50 your regular Chanel shade? What are your other foundation shades?
@@MikiCarrBeauty Hi, I don't have many Chanel Foundations but I'm pretty consistently B50 in that line. I'm MW55 in the new Prada (which I love) and 30W in the new Louboutin. 4W in Guerlain, 7.0 Tawny in Tom Ford and M16 in Pat McGrath. I tend to lean toward warmer tones but the more neutral tone in the Les Beiges just works for me.☺
Hi Mikki, I was waiting for your video to pick my skin tint colour and lip pencils. Thanks for such a detailed review!
I have been wanting to try those ritual 3 drop foundation for awhile but could figure out a shade so glad u swatched that too , i think its a good shade.
I wish she had released swatches. I struggled finding a perfect match in Lisa’s foundation and have 3 too. I went back and forth trying to decide on a shade and landed on 10 too. I think 10 looked beautiful on you! And Even though it was clearly not the shade for you, I would have been fun to see the T9 on your face, since Lisa said the tints are “very” adaptable and it was one of the shades recommended.
Coming soon! Tomorrow T10 v T9 quick demo!
Here is the comparison T9 v T10! ruclips.net/video/xp7StFckD4g/видео.html
Hi I want to order this soon--I just wanted to say your skin is gorgeous as is! ty for the review! new subbie
Oh thank you! You are so sweet and kind. I appreciate it. If I can have a good skin day and not feel I have to wear makeup, that is a great day! Thanks for subbing!
Thanks so much for this review, you tested all the tint and lip liner colours I was interested in. Really helpful, thank you.
Btw, Rituel de Fille = rich-ew-ELL duh FEE
Oh, thanks for the correct French? pronunciation? 😅 So glad the review helped! The liners have been so easy to use for me, as it puts easy color on my lips, but it doesn't look fake, if that makes any sense.
I just found your channel and really appreciate this review including all the comparisons. I have extremely oily skin and I want to try this so bad. Did it wear all day for you? Do you think it would work if I needed to powder it really well? So many questions, lol. Thanks for your time.😉
Yay! Glad it helped. Yes I have oily skin so I had to powder it down. It lasts up to 6 hours if I put more than 2 drops (like 3 drops on each side of my face). I am always powdering then blotting my face with Tatcha rice paper and that helps. I love this tint on the weekend but I don’t think I’d use it for an evening event or work all day if that helps. Hope you joined by subscribing! 💜
@@MikiCarrBeautyWell you just saved me some money & I appreciate it! If I want to blot & powder all day, I can keep using the other 10 foundations I already own.😄 I think I'll keep looking.😉
You can return lightly used foundation.
Great review❤❤.
I think that the depth of T6-T9 about look the same . Thank u so much for doing this u are the only one i have seen with these 2 shades and that was what the 2 i was debating on and i definitely think ill go with the 10 the 9 looks very light. I almost ordered 7 i think on the release day and talked myself out of it to watch reviews to see the colors and im so glad i waited because that would be way to light. So opening both didnt go unloved ..lol
I wear 20.5 it’s an exact match for me. Wondering if I should go up to T11 for a little more warmth as I do get more colour on my face in the summer.
Hi there! If 20.5 is your perfect match, I say definitely go up to T11 or even find a review for T12, which I think was on the chart for 20.5. I know Beauty Professor used T12 in her IG stories (which looked way too deep for her IMO, but it's her preference). If you are a solid 20.5, T10 is definitely going to be way too light. If you end up getting T11 or T12, tag me please on any swatches here or on IG, and I can share out! I'd love to see those shades, bc I don't know if T10 will stretch for me into summer as I get more tan/deeper. Have a great day!
@@MikiCarrBeauty oh thank you for your reply! I will be in London in June and will go to the store and get swatched! I was getting confused as T11 and T12 was suggested. I have modelled for Lisa in the past for a few jobs and campaigns, I adore her, and her products are so exquisite. The tint is calling my name as I currently reside in Ghana. Will be perfect for this climate! Blessings to you. Thanks again for your response. 🙏🏽🤍
❤❤❤ beautiful
