Thanks for watching! I always had car stereo upgrades in my youth and well into my old age. I was bummed with our van stereos enough to add a powered 10" JL subwoofer (2 times, 2 vans). The Bose stereo is pretty good. I think it was a $500 upgrade if I'm not mistaken and it has been enough that I haven't added anything yet. It won't stand up to a dedicated subwoofer setup but sounds clean and gets pretty loud. If you're picky, you may want to skip it and plan on upgrading it all with your own choices. I hope that helps.
